Although the file is named zzz_AquariumFloors.z2f it does not overwrite the original Thom's aquarium floors. Sometimes I noticed an issue while placing the plants (they are sunken a little bit more than they should be) after putting all the floors into the tank at once. So I will recommend you to start with the upper layers first, place the plants and then continue with the lower ones.
