Maybe you should try without milk for a couple of days and see what that brings? It's not that I am lactose intolerant, but I have troubles with dairies < milk products, so I avoid it as much as I can, except ice cream and yogurt : D

They say moving is good. A lot of people who are in pain would go sit or lie down and wait until it passes, but really, moving when you're in pain (in a certain amount) is much better then sitting somewhere still. Because when you sit or lie down, you'll become stiff and when you get 'started' again with something, that's when it hurts the most. We have a name for that, but I have no idea how to translate it...

I have a popping hip sometimes, that's quite funny : D
I think it's a great idea of making a list with questions and with the things you noticed. I have little post its around me whenever I have to take note of something and ask the doc, but that rarely happens these days.

Don't forget it's your immune system acting up, so I'm guessing that also has a lot to do with the tiredness

I had a notion (not that I know what the letters mean still)
but I am bad with those sort of things....

like BG, and pmsl, and iykwim.
I come up with the randomest acronyms for those things.... its ridicolous.

Its NOT the skates, but when you update it, jsut write underneath it what item it is.... a lot of those darn white items are hard to tell apart.
