When you are setting permissions for sections, does non-members include guests who are not logged into ForumsCLub? I asked because I have it set where non-members can download attachments, but when I tested while not logged in, I get an error message about the attachment being moved or deleted.

This is not really the best place to ask this question. P.S. You can not create more than one forum with the same email address. Each forum has to have a different creation email. -

When I click the sign in link now, I am redirected to the page to login which works.
