  3. Homecooked foods are sooo yummy!! and much better for you anyways since there are no MSGs or added chemicals in it. I actually heard somewhere that there are foods that have obiesity additives in it..... like this certain chemical actually makes people gain weight. so there is this diet (has a picture of a fat statue of liberty on it.) and the whole plan of the diet is just to NOT eat those food with this additive in it, and you loose weight..... not sure how full of BS it is... but there you go. I have a online diet handbook thing that switches you from day to day between like protiens and carbs or whatever, and the way it switches it up makes your body confused, and helps you loose weight quicker. I lost about 7lbs a week on it before I quit, I could send you a couple of smaple weeks if you would like to check it out.

  8. Bee you should stick to more veggies than fruits, fruits have that natural sugar in them that doesn't really help you (although its tasty!!) also avoid things like corn, and onions. and potatoes.
  9. yes it is true, if your body think it is starving, it will start sotring everything it retains for future use, because it thinks it might be in a "drought" of sorts. So you really can gain weight in that sense. the most important thing is to remember, is to intake LESS calories then you are burning that day. its a fail proof way to loose weight. I have lost almost close to 30 lbs in the past 3 weeks, but it was not intentional )though not unwanted wither.) all my meds make me horribly sick.... so I go 2-3 days without eating anything at all. Made myself eat a bit of b-fast, but i am regretting it right now. =__=
  10. well i was wondering if you know they ask for sberry milk the first time, if they turn pink, or you know some thing like that?? thats okay, they have chocolate milk for dogs, which is NO good at all either!!

  12. Yeah I was playing around with that. : D But it was weird, the pink one, tended to blend in a little more on the other side to me... it popped better on the side it ended up on. I am about to do a little petling research to see if all the pets are random, or there is some type of pettern or soemthing... like what you feed them first or what not?
