  7. 1200 Bandit as to be tops after all they sold one or two, not sure yet if it as the same sort of character the old XS had The 1200 is very easy to ride you just point it and go if you mess up you can correct your line and when you touch the brakes it stops and not just slows you down a bit The XS if you mess up going in to a bend you only have one go at it touch the brakes she sits up and gose in a straight line, bit like riding a horse if the XS don't wanna do it your screwed! Having said all that I still love the old beast big heavy bag of shiyt that it is lol...........
  8. molasses are being used on the county's roads, at least according to a blog from one of the contractor's drivers. Sugar coated salt (tasty) sound like a good compound to ride on! Interesting read this http://www.mgwsp.co.uk/a-day-in-the-life
  9. If you bin the air box and replace the pipes it will need remaping for the fuel injection, also you would need cone type K&N filters when all this as been done,You will find that the induction noise from the motor will drive you nuts. And when the MOT is due you would need to go back to std and run the risk of remaping which If you can not do your self can be an expensive pain with flat spots and all sorts of hassels. If Triumph thought it was a good idea it would all come as std.imo I'll get me coat......g
