Almond milk is awesome with oatmeal, it is lighter compared to cow's milk.
Oat milk is more concentrated and it is better to drink it separately, especially on an empty stomach, it has healing and nourishing effect if one has digestive problems or ulcer, etc. But you can enjoy it anyway.
In general I love oatmeal with water (I do not cook the oatmeal, I just pour boiled water on oatmeal and cover it for 5-10 minutes, I use old fashioned oatmeal) in the morning with a little bit of honey and lemon. I suggested oatmeal as it has cleansing effect on body, stomach, skin, etc.

I also used aloe vera juice to cleanse my body and heal my digestion system. By the way, our Lord showed me through one dream that I should buy and drink aloe juice and it has amazing effect on me.

You can also use various kinds of beans, lentils, peas in you diet, they have as much proteins as meat, milk, etc. You can make soups, salads. Also if there is eczema try to minimize processed food and eat vegetables and fruits.

WOW, Mia, can you believe that just two days ago my mom was telling me about her research on "words", she sent me various scriptures and extracts from Jewish Law, she did it to help my dad in writing his book. My mom loves going back to Jewish teachings, Talmud and draw connection with the New Testament, with our lives. Anyway, we were discussing with her lashon ha-ra, etc.

I find it really exciting that the Lord lead us to the same issue, topic.

Ok, this is funny how this dream manifested today, I was thinking that this dream has a deep or super-duper spiritual meaning but in fact it was much more simple.:lol!

Manifestation:

IRL I was walking back home this evening and I was standing at one intersection and was thinking which rout to take as there are to routs back home from where I was coming. So I took one of the routs and I had my ipod with me and was praying and thinking about my friend from the dream. Suddenly as I was approaching another intersection a car appeared out of nowhere and stopped. It was very dark on the street and it was difficult to see who is who around me. Anyway a guy came out of that car and as I was walking by I thought that this guy looked like my friend but I thought it was not him as it was not his car. So I was guessing whether it was him or not and was already far away to go back and check and decided to text him and to ask. Obviously it was the easiest was to find out

So IRL I texted him, he replied back asking where I saw him = in the dream - a friend of mine was asking me about a certain destination/direction.

IRL I told my friend where I saw him and told him which intersection it was and the name of the street = in the dream - I told my friend that I know where it was and told the name of the metro/train station.

IRL my friend asked whether I saw in a certain type of car and that it was his dad's car. I replied I didn't notice what type of car he was in but I noticed that the car was GRAY = in the dream - That specific train station was located on a gray line of the whole metro system.

I really love how this dream manifested, I wouldn't even think that it could be this way , God indeed has sense of humorn

In my dreams, in this season of my life, the baby girl always represents my education, career, profession, etc. and the baby boy represents my future husband, the relationship, i.e. the promise of him.

In different dreams the Lord has shown me this difference. This is the case with me, I can not say 100% that for someone else is the same.

HLB, good to see you back again, it's really interesting as the other day I came across one of your posts and was thinking that haven't seen you around for quite a long time and tada, you came back with such exciting news

I was in my bedroom and in my bed. There was a TV in my bedroom (which in real life I do not have). There were two very small spiders running over my bed, to be precisely over my blanket and I was trying to get rid of them. There were really small and were moving very quickly with their tiny and thin legs, so I couldn't catch them. I was not afraid, I was just wanting to get rid of them. There was also one more very small insect with them. Those spiders were like those small insects which you can see from time to time walk on a house's or apartment's walls and they bring more annoyance than they really are. Does this make sense?

Anyway, these spiders suddenly appeared in the bottle of water. (IRL I keep a bottle of water at my bedside). When I looked at the bottle of water, I thought that the spiders spoiled the water. I was a bit worried about the water as it was an expensive bottle of water, I guess it was a Fiji water. And usually I am not kind of person to waste water or food just in vain. I saw the spiders on the surface of the water, on top of the bottle, they were dead already and I thought that it was not good that they spoiled the expensive bottle of water but at the same time it was worth it as the spiders died in it. The third insect was under the bottle of water.

End of dream.

It was October 7th at around 10 pm when I heard the word "abduction" couple of times in my spirit but didn't pay attention to it as we were having guests and I was busy with them. Anyway after the guests left, we turned on the TV and were watching one of the recorded shows from DVR when in the middle of the show "Amber alert" broke in and it was reported officially the two little brothers were abducted. I was first shocked as the time I heard the word "abduction" and the time when "Amber alert" went on was around 10 pm.

Anyway, long story short, I decided to post this here so that some worriers can join me in prayer for those little boys to be found and returned to their mother.

Lost/Stolen Wallet

Then there was a long scene of me thinking that I had lost my wallet and was looking to find it and could not understand were it was or who and how could have got my wallet, I was worried about the money on the credit cards and some other valuables in the wallet but then I saw in my purse one of the credit cards and clamed down.

Mia and the Bus

One more Then… Then I was in a mini-bus, an unknown driver was driving me somewhere, I was looking for money to pay him . I suddenly realized that I was sitting too close to the driver and moved away. As we arrived somewhere, I saw our Mia, I didn’t see the face but I knew it was Mia. While I was in that mini-bus, Mia was telling me to get off the bus. Suddenly the bus started to go backwards very very slowly on its own, there was no driver and I was in the passenger’s seat. I had blue and red pens in my hand and a notebook. I was busy with writing or something like that. Mia again told me to get off the bus. Mia was very serious about that . Long story short, I got of the bus but I was running after it to through into the bus the pens I was holding in my hand. The bus was still moving slowly backwards without any driver. I threw the pens in with a challenge and relaxed. End of dream.

I wonder who is uncertain in this dream - me or my friend - as in the first dream I told the directions and told about the gray metro line

Of course I do not mind, Lola. His name is Gilad Janklowicz, I catch him on Fit TV. My favorite program is "Total Body Sculpt with Gilad". His program is designed in a way that burns unnecessary fat but you do not get overwhelmed with those exercises and simultaneously sculpt your body.
I also combine those exercises with good stretch programs such as pilates, yoga.

What a good and productive discussion, I love it Lola, you are SO right. Btw, I like that 'cookie cut' phrase concerning the symbols.

@ Deborah, such a good point too, thanks for sharing. I will pray about this too as there have been some "hurting" issues between me and my friend. Although in the dream his weight was kind of positive thing.

@ Delightful Soul, I also had weight issues couple of months ago but God miraculously brought into my life one very talented trainer through TV and his workouts just reshaped my body completely, I haven't been in a better shape than now. I truly believe it was God who introduced me to this TV workouts as every time I do it, I have blast of energy, I feel SO good, I like the trainer, the music, etc. Now I have my own various programs of workouts, I interchange them, I love it. So pray about this issue, Lord will show you how to lose that weight if it really bugs you!

well, if the Lord hasn't shown me some other things, I would have put up some red flags I guess I overexaggerated in my post saying "he disappears EVERY TIME" I log in

Then I remember I was on a street, I was heading to the coffee shop to get coffee. There was a line to get the coffee, I was standing and waiting for my turn when I saw my old friend coming to the coffee shop too to get coffee. But my friend didn’t stand in a line; he entered the coffee shop (there was apparently a door) entered it and went away, while I was still in the line. When my friend saw me in the line he turned his face as if he didn’t see me and he was wearing dark sunglasses.

Ok, this dream seems to be both prophetic and at the same time showing what’s going on right now.

My friend Sam and I have been chatting on FB and planned to catch up. But I have been waiting for his reply for final arrangements but haven’t received one yet. So in the dream me standing in a line to get my coffee = is me waiting for my friends message/email on FB . In the dream I got a bit weary waiting in the line = IRL I AM WEARY waiting for his reply.
My friend Sam entering the coffee shop from a different door = him popping up in the FB chat box as the chat box is a more direct way of interacting than the message.

My friend seeing me in the line and turning his face as if he didn’t see me and wearing dark sunglasses = when I go online, he disappears from the chat box. I have been thinking recently that it was weird that every time I go online in couple of minutes he disappears but I thought I am thinking negative about him. But here the dream showed the real deal. But I still do not think negative, as I know he has been a little bit busy recently.

Initially in the dream I wrote that my friend got his coffee and left but later I recalled the dream in more details, he entered the coffee shop quickly through a door but he didn’t get coffee he left in the same quick pace he entered. So basically he didn’t get his coffee either.

Ok, I am trying to tie two dreams (I mean the “coffee shop” and the “car accident” dreams) I have had because I believe those two dreams are related.

I had my car accident dream when we were discussing with my friend Sam our plans to meet up.

Ok, I believe I have a revelation on this one. Mia, you were right that the dreams seem to be prophetic. This happened the day I had the dream and posted it but I realized it only yesterday evening.

The unknown girls in the dreams are my new male friends I met IRL the other day at one birthday celebration. In the dream they are female as those guys for me IRL for me are just friends/brothers and we were just chitchatting and having nice time. BUT while I was at that bday celebration and the following day, our fellowship took my attention from my friend Sam to them = in the dream I was sitting right by his side but when the "girls" came my attention was distracted from Sam to them. And in the dream Sam seemed to be in disapproval/annoyed but waiting condition.
