hi owen, yes it is funny how God speaks to us through dreams and in different ways. God usually don't tell me about myself in a dream, I don't know why. He tells me thru a service, a person, a situation or He speaks it to my heart. For me, my dreams are usually prophetic, even if it's filled with symbols, it's usually something about the future. And I have figured that out the more I write down my dreams and see them manifest.

As for the bed and snake. Bed is used for lying down and sleeping and being at comfort. My bed represented my mother's house, that's where I grew up and laid down to sleep and I am comfortable there. Remember in the dream I was comfortable even when I saw the snake there.

From past dreams, I knew what getting bitten by a snake meant (as for seeing a snake it's different), I did pray, I usually pray for my family, however, I spent most my time I preparing myself for a call, that time could have been used praying. In some ways I am disappointed but I don't know if I could have stopped death???

I did ask for an interpretation one time in a dream while sleeping, i never got an answer, to this day I am still clueless of the dream but I keep asking.

However, in this other dream I saw this scene and while I was still in the dream I asked to see it again not only was my request granted but the scene was "zoomed in" at a better angle and I had no other concerns

Last week, my mother told me she saw a black snake in her yard, my sister was there (the one in the dream), the snake hid in a rock or something. My mother and sister tried to get it out, exactly what I dreamt. In the conversation, my mother also told me a distant cousin had died. I dreamt of this days before it happened!!!

I know in my dreams a snake biting me or me getting shot or stabbed usually means death of a family member or friend, so I was kinda looking out for any mid-night phone calls etc etc

I am kinda surprise God used the symbol of snake in both cases one literal and one symbolic (death). Has that happened to anyone? Both literal and symbolic in the same dream?

2 heads and snake scales? I don't know. Could mean two events, snake-like skin, could mean the thing is trying to hide however you see it for what it really is.

but I too also thought the aquarium represented the church and tilapia a group within the church, however I am not certain about the spots on the fish maybe it means a certain group and you would know them by their "spots". I agree with lola it is a time for prayer. I think you would know who the tilipia reps by the way you felt about it in the dream. pray on it and toss what your spirit doesn't agree with.

well for me, I prayed for it years ago but never really bothered by it. I heard people in church speaking in tongues but I didn't really have the desire. Anyway, one day I was praying and crying to God. I was so burdened that I didn't know what else to say, didn't know how else to express myself, that's when it came, I just started speaking at first I couldn't believe it but it was just flowing out of me. To me it sounded like an old European language or something. I didn't know what I was saying but I knew what I was feeling. And I know I was being sincere and not making up words, I trusted that God was hearing me and was understanding. I don't pray/speak in tongues often but when I do it comes from within when I have no more English words.

but owen you do extremely well with interpretating others dreams so I thought that would have a clue about the fish and the frog??? since you were observing, could this event be happen to someone else IRL? also did you want to kill the tilapia or the frog?

KDRE, my experience was so wonderful, it was so free flowing, so beautiful. I knew He was telling me my future but I don't know the details, I was just praising and thanking Him. I pray I be blessed with that again!

these are just my thoughts but I think in the future you might be in a situation where someone is offering something could be anything but it will be with the wrong motives, The Spirit will discern and you will be able to know how to proceed. Pray on it and throw out what The Spirit doesnt agree with in your heart.
