  1. Make sure to take a sip of the Water of Life throughout your day as you diligently work for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Personally for me, if I neglect to drink enough water throughout the day in the natural, I can get moody and cranky and begin to avoid people.
Spiritually, if I don't daily drink enough water, I can get "moody", "cranky", or begin to not think quite right in speaking words of life to myself or others.

So, I'd say, watch your hydration levels, physically and spiritually and notice whether a lack of hydration is affecting you. I was in my late 40's, early 50's before I realized my moodiness was tied to dehydration. Wish someone had pointed out the connection to me years earlier.

    Just a thought.

  2. Is it possible that the emotionally impaired little girl symbolizes your friend's young church that has been healthy spiritually until now. However something has happened and she/it has become emotionally impaired and is now about to stop listening to the voice of God and head off into a new direction? (The earring symbolizing listening to the voice and direction of God. Ripping it out symbolizing no longer wanting to listen to His directions). You and your husband would be available to help with immediate damage control, but the ultimate weight of getting the little girl ( church/ministry) fixed up would be on the parents.

    Just a thought.

In any case, I'd say continue to pray about relationships and fellowship as it concerns your friends.

  3. I feel impressed to point out your accidental typo....("anything to do with the fAllowing dream").
Perhaps the Lord is allowing the referenced dream to lie "fallow" and not be interpreted just yet, because it isn't the right time for the interpretation to come forth.
Galations 6:9King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
You will reap the interpretation in due season. Just wait on God's timing.
I know often I get tired of waiting on an interpretation, but always in due time, it comes.

There are times I wish I could rush God to send the interpretation, but that's not gonna happen. You are not alone in wanting interpretations more quickly than God sometimes gives them. (I'm preaching to myself here too, cause there are a bunch I'm still waiting on myself.)

  4. I'm sorry I wasn't able to post sooner. I was without wifi connection most of the beginning of March (out of town and all). But today I would like to tell you, "Someone will be blessed by your best." You may not think your best is good enough, but God created you so that someONE, not everyone, but someone will always be Blessed by your Best.
Smile. God loves you and so do I.
    Bear Hugs and Noggin Kisses,
    Marian

  5. This is what came to me as I pondered on your dream:

You are in agreement/union/contract with someone you thought you truly knew, but didn’t really know.
This person is beginning to show his true colors and you’ve taken notice enough (in real life) to say, “who is this person I’m in bed with/doing business with?

When this person senses that you are questioning who they really are, they are highly displeased and openly begins to show the inner self, the true self that has been neatly tucked away. “His spirit man came out of him and he said to me.."here comes satan".”

This “real self” begins to be forceful in blowing wind/troubles toward your face/life/livelihood and you begin to freak… because it catches you off guard.

You quickly regain control of yourself…to a point…you “just got mad” and said…

The word says to be angry and sin not, so make sure you are acting in righteous indignation/anger when this situation arises. Also, speak the truth in love. Even though this person is coming at you wrongly, you must act in love.

Pray that God, Holy Spirit be with you through it all...that you will not lose your temper. God will take care of you. Pray that you not be “caught off guard”, but will be watchful, because God has forewarned you. Pray that you not react in ungodly anger, because, you have been forewarned. The word says “Be angry and sin not. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath.” Be prepared aforehand to forgive the wrong that will be done.

You know these things are going to happen, so “Be sober, be watchful: your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour.”

Of course you can always pray that the Lord keep this situation from happening altogether, but since you are already symbolically “in bed with the person” the rest is bound to happen. But you can pray about the way you respond during this time of tribulation, so that God is glorified.

    Hope this helps.

I pray victory for you in this situation in Jesus’ Holy Name.

  6. God can use anybody or anything He chooses to dispense wisdom. He can use a donkey, He can use a child, He can use an unsaved grandpa. With that being said...

Do you believe your dream is from God? If yes, then did you consider your grandfather to be a wise person? If yes, God is telling you the wise thing to do is to take the warfarin.
You said you you had been debating whether or not to take the medication. In James chapter 1 we are told the double minded man is unstable in all his ways. We are also told if we are lacking in wisdom to ask of God who will give it to us generously. I believe you have asked God for wisdom. And I believe He has given it to you in the way that you can receive it and believe it.

But YOU must know this to be true in your heart.

Be at peace about the meds and don't worry. Worry is not of God, but peace is. If you are God's child, He is gonna take care of you.

May the peace of God flood your whole being today.

Thank you Diane for sharing this.
You know I steel can feel the urgency of those people in my dream about Jesus coming back.

    God bless,
    den

Hi Den, because of the above quote, I would dare say that the Holy Spirit of God is prompting you towards an evangelistic ministry, whether in an official capacity or not, I do not know. I say this because you yourself said that days after your dream, you can still FEEL the URGENCY. Not everyone feels or senses that urgency.
Pray and ask God if this is what He wants you to do, and if so, then how would He have you go about accomplishing what you accepted as your call in the dream. A most wonderful call to have on your life.

This is what I think The Lord is saying to you. Again, pray about it.

  8. Dear Daisy, I feel your pain in dealing with a mother who is stubborn, critical and not supportive. I learned to not desire and seek after what my mother was not able to give. It hurt, but there is power and strength in the name of Jesus. He can definitely get you through these trying times. I am 50 something and my mother is still a very critical person. So I cherish what she can give and the rest of the motherly affection I get from God.
My response is meant to encourage you, not to offend. I hope I succeeded in being an encouragement. 2Cor 1:3,4 ...that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
My heart goes out to you.

  9. Destine, if you could give a few details without being vulgar or obscene, it would help us to tell you what the dream means. If you feel that you can't or shouldn't give details, that is quite alright.
Also, as Habakkuk said, the dream does not have to be sinful in nature.

  10. You are a wise old soul who has unwittingly been downplaying your wisdom and humility. You are shocked to realize you have been doing this and are now ready to fully embrace where God has brought you to. There are those who prefer you the way you were, but now that you've realized and fully accepted yourself right where you are spiritually, you have chosen to walk in the totality of who God has called you to be...a man full of wisdom and humility beyond your years. 1Ti.4:12 comes to mind also.

These are the thoughts that came to me as I pondered your dream. If you don't mind, let me know if I am way off base.

  11. Just some thoughts:
Are you in some type of relationship (church, club, friendship, etc) where you keep trying to encourage others to be more consecrated unto The Lord, but the people want to remain the same? Are you finally fed up and are ready to draw on your last bit of strength (the old brown horse) and say "so be it. I'm outta here."?

There are times in our lives where we try and try and try to help and encourage others, but all to no avail, because they CHOOSE to remain carnally focused. They love the possessions of this world more than the holiness of God.
Don't let the hardheartedness and lack of being alert of others to steal your compassion and care of others from you. (You said you felt no emotion)

    I hope this helps.

Also, you barely made it out in time. Please heed the voice of the spirit and don't hesitate any longer to leave behind whatever Holy Spirit is showing you to leave behind. The people can't be helped by you. Praise God for His mercy and grace in keeping you through this situation. Praise Him for His long suffering and patience towards you. He loves you bunches. Continue to love and pray for those you are letting go, but know that God is in control and HE will get them to where they need to be according to His sovereign plan.

  12. Hey Tarzan, the first part of my reply didn't come across as playful when my husband read it. So I just wanted to make sure you didn't take that part of my response as me being mean spirited. If you did, please forgive that my sense of humor in my mind didn't transfer to the written word.

  13. Once again, your writing style or just your personality has touched me.
That part about “you did see yourself type this, right?”…made me laugh and then want to give you a playful little slap upside your head.

After that, my next thought was to tell you, “Well, you know, just a few weeks ago, I actually did have a dream in which I watched myself type. And, I typed with such great speed and accuracy (100%) that I amazed myself! (You can interpret that if you like)

Anyway, back to this interpretation. It took me rereading it about 3 times before I realized the WAY you spelled theE. THEN the interpretation clicked.

I’d love to sit and chat with you about it, but that’d take all day. There’s so much in the interpretation…you just don’t know.

So I’ll just say, “thanks for hearing from God on my behalf “. I pray the Father’s grace and peace abound to you today.

  14. Are you working on correcting some character flaws or getting rid of some pet sins and find it's easier than you thought it would be? Kicking the character flaws hiney so to speak.

For me, trying to connect with God on another (deeper) level usually means getting rid of more of the flesh/carnal nature/character flaws.

Anyway, remember Praise God AND Give Him all the praise for your victories, because in being victorious, Satan will try his very best, to very stealthily, sneak in a spirit of pride.

  15. Hi Deborah,
I have a word for you. Take it or leave it. It's up to you.

    Destination Mexico

    Parking lot = waiting/resting area.
Convenience store (church/ministry), some place you can always run to for quick spiritual replenishment/necessities.
Walking towards the street: spiritually walking towards where God wants you to go.
Passing crowds of people as you go. Some you touch, spiritually, and some you don’t.
You walk between a couple and wake the baby: (You've touched them spiritually.) Your desire for missions is waking up the baby (sleeping) desire in someone else in your waiting area (the parking lot) The “couple” could be a couple as in a few people, OR it could be an actual couple who want to go on missions.
You get to a covered vehicle and in that vehicle is a “chest” (treasure chest? hope chest?) that FIT in YOUR hand. Hands: symbolic of ministering for the Lord or as unto the Lord.
Destination:Mexico is written inside and on the lid. Our “destiny” destination comes from above. From the Father of Lights. He alone knows our destiny.
AS SOON AS you saw the words…You had peace…the peace of God. Peace about where you are supposed to GO. Peace about your DESTINATION. Peace that brought relief.
Glass bottle of whiskey…might come in handy as an antiseptic…for the Antiseptic is needed for injuries/wounds/the hurting and etc.
Most people want specific solutions for specific problems. But God has equipped you to see other uses for specific items; namely what most would use for intoxication, your immediate thought is for healing and health. You will be amply prepared to minister to those the Lord sends you to.

PLEASE don’t settle for LESS than what God has shown you in your God given dream. Your dream SAYS Destination: Mexico, not Origination Mexico. You possess something within you for a Spanish speaking people. In the dream you said that was where you were supposed to “GO”, NOT “receive” something from. Don’t let your hope, your dream for missions die by substituting furniture from some place in Missouri for the promise God has just now placed in your heart! (well, back in Nov., but I wasn’t here in Nov.)

(Side note: I always wanted to go on a mission trip to someplace where they spoke Spanish. I was in my 50’s before I received the desire of my heart. AND it was during my birthday week that year! Our Father God is AWESOME! Oh, I went to Comitancillo, Guatemala. I’m praying I get to return one day. And I’m praying you get to go on your hearts desired mission trip also.) Pray for this dream to come to pass if it truly is your hearts desire.
Your dream is, and the manifestation of it will be, anything but humdrum. Keep hope alive. Walk by faith and you shall see your hearts desire.

  16. I used SOS for 7th, 8th and some 9th grade classes I believe. Math, Science, History and Language Arts. I liked it very much. At times the kids got tired of it, but they got over it.

It's been years since I home schooled, so I don't remember a whole lot of details. Mostly I remember that I was really glad I did it.

When we moved to FL from ND, my oldest started following the wrong kids and getting into trouble at school. Then I found out that police were regularly in the school (shocker to me). So I just snatched them all out of public school and began homeschooling, which I had wanted to do for awhile. The troubles at school finally caused my husband and I to come into agreement on the homeschooling idea. I wasn't a perfect teacher, by any means, but by the time they were all back in public school, we succeeded in what we had set out to do. They were no longer followers but leaders with minds of their own and they had a good education.

We now have a BSN, a BS in Political Science/Pre-Law, a son doing well in the Air Force and working on his degree. God was good to us...as He always is. (Side note: My youngest even asked to be homeschooled a few times. I didn't homeschool him though.)

I pray you have a fulfilling time homeschooling your son.

    P.S.
http://homeschool-life.com/fl/gcchea/ I was a part of this association for awhile. Are there any homeschool associations where you are? Google it if you don't know. If there are, check them out. Homeschooling parents are some of the nicest people in the world, in my opinion. And, they can give you great ideas on curriculum.

    Hope my ramblings help.
