I haven't really been on here long so not sure if my vote should count but I've seen dalling chatting up novices which is pretty good. He seems friendly enough but more importantly I've seen him trying to help out other members with there buildings. Hes worth giving a shot at least.

SOTW + Competition on a forums usually means Sig of the Week competition. Something commonly found on forums. I thought it was some sort of graphics design competition.

If that's what you want, can't design a entire new layout. That takes some time (mostly the non-graphics design portion). However you can search the web and download a PHPbb theme that suites the forums and I can change out the banner and some portions of it that may not look good or can be improved upon.

Idk how old this topic is, but there is no such thing as a dying All in the mined server. AITM has a dedicated ranked staff and a awesome experience. Hell proof of such is that I in general sort of quit minecraft but came back on just to check on all you guys. As long as those people keep getting on, the server is fine. If you are measuring it by how many active players are on it, well that is easily changed by advertising. Advertising is key to everything, even in clans. Everybody who's smart advertises and there are many communities for that game that are perfect for this. All you gotta do is come up with a smart and detailed advertisement post. Sign up on all major minecraft community sites, get active on them and advertise the AITM server. Post the posts url on the forums and get all the members here to bump the topic every now and again so it's always on the top. Make some videos of the best designs in AITM, as well as the best designed worlds. Upload it to youtube and perhaps you'll get some hits there (optional but effective). Even some screenshots and posting them in your advertisement topic would help. Without this, players joining the server is by complete randomness and chance.

Not sure if this is what you had in mind in regards to this but going to do it anyways, will do a new topic for all Minecraft designs. This is photoshop related. Added some of my old designs, will update with some new ones when I make them. A logo I did for a friends clan. It's not completed as he ditched the clan as I was making it.
