To use it you have to have either A) a credit card or B) a bank account in which you can setup your paypal account with or C) ask somebody you know if they can send it via paypal and you can return the money via cash or w/e. Like parents.

Why his computer is down I don't know, what you can do however is easier to answer. As stated on the other thread regarding this, Onion needs money to buy a dedicated MC server where he doesn't have to host from his PC. So donations would be grateful.

Nobody is bumping, well basti bumped the IGN one. Remember you don't have to make the effort if you don't want to but this is for the server. Get some active population going. There are so many minecraft servers that players can choose from, without advertisement players coming to our server is unlikely. This is effective player recruiting, I've already got many hits from them. I just need people to help me bump the topics. Maybe say something awesome about the server while you are at it.

I am going to need atleast one or two bumps every day for the minecraftforums.net post. The second get's active hits but it seems nobody else is putting up topics. The third one is getting nothing at all. Minecraftforums.net is however getting the most hits but it's also in a lot of competition with other topics that are constantly being created or responded to and moving up to the top. If you can register on the forums unless you already got a account. Bump it with a non-obvious bump response. Say something like "God has blessed this server with super awesomeness powers" or "AITM is the best just like this Demonic guy". Some great examples but you get the point or if you're a expert+ state such and that you can answer anybody's questions about the server (if you want to). Check to see the placement of the topic before you respond. Don't want to waste bumps. If it's below the 6th spot bump it.

I diddn't bother, I looked around there and there forums are pretty dead. Though I suppose it wouldn't hurt.

Updated some new links, I really can't find that many minecraft communities forums out there. Short of ones that also involve them owning servers and don't allow other server advertisements. If anybody comes across any community forums for minecraft that allows advertisement of servers that I missed please post them up. *EDIT* P.S. 15 minutes in and already got three bites. Alright, I will be going around on minecraft communities posting up AITM server advertisements in the hopes we will get some bites from these advertisements in the form of players. I'd rather doubt a griefer spends his time searching through minecraft community forums in search of servers to pray on, it is my hope that majority of this traffic will be actual builders and players. However we have a active moderation staff so bring on the additional griefer traffic! Google is your friend, just search MineCraft beta servers on google and there are sites that show a complete list of all servers, including top 10, etc with all details such as if they have a whitelist or not.

I know we have tons of worlds, a lot of worlds that are just sitting there unused as well. However just thought I'd pass around this idea. The idea was given to me by vgm, his suggestion was to make a world dedicated to minecraft 'sports'. Things like a very nicely designed spleef arena and any other minecraft fun ideas that are available. We can zone the walls of the arena and anything that needs anti-grief protection, except for the floors of the spleef arena. Make it either open to all players or pupil+. Point behind this would just have extra things for the players and members of the server to enjoy themselves. Like when frogger made that old spleef arena. I recall it being used on a daily basis by everybody from novices to experts and the ocassional admins. Might bring in more active players, might make some keep coming back? Foodforthought.

Don't know what all that was about eric, rather wierd. Anyways, zhuge told me it was some people playing around with some command. Griefed up the place in a "dead world". Apparently it's known about so my mistake.

I think you got a adept griefer on your hands as well, or depending on how old this topic is. Maybe the same guy but got promoted? Anyways in novice1 there are a couple admincrete buildings around. Nothing fancy or large but somebody dug a trail through novice1 in that typical griefer pattern through everybodys work and tunneling through the ground ti'll there next target. I know it's a adept because the griefer pattern goes through a bunch of peoples work leading to a couple admincrete buildings that were griefed up in the same style with the same tunneling underneath. Foodforthought.
