Hey guys, just stopping by to say hello. I'm busy these days with studying. I finally managed to recover from the jet lag from my trip and the festival. It was all too tiring for me and at one point I just knew I had to come back home so I was able to relax again. Things have finally settled down, so I'm glad!! They're working in our street, meaning: there is no way you can get in or out, unless you walk. But imagine this thing going on for more then a couple of months, not being able to go anywhere cos you are locked in with your own car (luckily my parents have put their car somewhere else). But I can sure tell you it's a real hassle when you have to do shopping (either groceries or other things you need, cos you need to carry it all back home), or when they drop off my brother (we have to pick him up and walk him home... it's hard for him). There's a lot of noise also and sometimes it feels as if there's an earthquake going on. I should make pictures or videotape it to show it probably... But oh well, there's worse then that I guess. I'm just hoping they continue their work and get it over and done with sooner then later! I also made a regular dr's appointment this eve, to get my blood drawn. I'll know the results in a couple of days, and I just hope everything's okay. Then I'm good to go again for a couple of months :-) So that's that about me, keeping you guys updated. And now time for me to go back to my books! Hope you're all doing okay!

Just stopping by to say hello - it's the first evening now I'm spending 'home' (am not really home yet, am leaving tomorrow) and not on the festival. Has been a long time for me, and gonna be glad when I'll be back at my place to rest and do my own things again (also have to study). Ended with a sore throat yesterday, am feeling better, but not there yet. Hope it's just from fatigue and I'll be better again tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing okay!

Hi Mindy!!! First time we meet on this time of day hehehe Am working on pictures for the festival, so in and out at the moment, and won't be staying long, still have to take my picture a day and then head home... I'm tired!

Hi Z, just stopping by to give more information ;-) Then I'm off again. At a 'normal' day at the festival, we go over there at around 6:30pm and usually go home around... 2am, 3am, depends. Yesterday we left at 3 - 3:15am and went to bed at 4am, we got up at 1pm, we were both exhausted (result, a new cold sore, it's the 3rd one in 3 weeks now). Today is a not-so-normal day, the festival starts 2hrs earlier, so we have to be there at 4:30 now, and work till the early hours. It's gonna be very exhausting, but at least there's a band playing I really like (Papa Roach), so hoping it'll help me get through today. Okay, need to get a couple of things done, so I'm off now!

Hey everyone Just dropping by for a quick hello, I have some time left now before heading to BFs place and go to bed. Working at the festival is pretty rough, it takes some time adjusting. Again :-) It's now almost 3am my time (which is... 6pm in California, 9pm in Florida/Georgia and 2am England) and I am tired. Heading home, finally. All the performances/concerts have finished 30mins ago, but our work doesn't stop until somewhere in the early hours. Hope you are all well!

I'm kinda getting tired of it all, so I'm hoping it's going to get better soon... @ TT, have fun with MIL! @ Mindy, hope you feel better soon And now I'm off to the dentist (hopefully won't fall asleep over there), after that I have to start packing my things since I'm leaving this Thursday for my annual festival work thing (this year I'm not really looking forward to it - hope it still changes)

okay you guys, good to see you again but time for me to get going, lunch is almost ready and am about to start hitting the books again today. Gonna try to be more productive, cos the last couple of days I've only seen the laptop or my bed... And TV :-D Was hoping the weather would turn out a bit better, so I could go for a bike ride, but it rains and don't want to get soaking wet (which happened to me a lot in the states - but then again, it was my own 'fault' for going onto wet rides in amusement parks hehe). I still need to work on the rest of the pictures, but it's over 300, so gonna take my time for it :-) Bye!

Oh Z, we have Melatonin here as well. I just took something herbal to calm down before heading to bed and that helped me a lot. I also have real meds to fall asleep and such, but I didn't want to use them.

Bee, just be aware for the jet lag. When traveling from west to east, it's always harder. I was amazed actually that I didn't get too jet lagged from going from California to Florida, but there's only a 3hrs difference, so that kinda makes sense.

Yeah I was hoping the jetlag wasn't going to be this bad, but my entire sleeping pattern is messed up. I am starting to feel a bit better though, the past few days have been pretty rough on me. But today is a completely new day, so I am happy about that! I had the most awesomest time ever, so that didn't make it easier to come back.

Thanks guys :-) Takes some time re-adjusting to everything again and the jetlag... it's not easy... Was hard coming back home, I'd rather stayed a bit longer :-) Had that the first time I went over there as well, always hard to go back home. Anyways, I'm still here until Thursday, then I'm over to BF for the festival - not really in the mood for it, but we'll see how it goes.

Just stopping by to let you guys know I'm back home (in Belgium that is). And I am rather bummed the good times are over already... I miss it there a lot, and the people as well. Had such a great time. Hope to go back...

Hi guys, finally managed to get myself online, so dropping by real quick to say hello :-) So strange to live in a completely different time zone (but I could get used to California to be honest). Frannie, I read back: about the earthquake: we didn't notice a thing as we were in JFK that time, or up in the sky. No after shocks or whatever, so we're good :-) Weather here is NICE! Am really happy, cos I was so worried it was gonna be too hot for me, but I could get pretty used to this climate here in California. Been to six flags yesterday - rollercoasters all the way! Screamed my lungs out hehehe, but I had sooo much fun! Gonna see if I can get a hold on the homefront now. Hope you are all okay!

Well, Kijo, I've lived for a bit on your time, but changed my watch already as we are up in the sky rofl. We'll be landing in about 5hrs (or something). Gonna try to take a nap again. Haven't slept much on the first flight (to New York), but a quick power nap won't do me any harm okay, logging off now bye!!

Okay, I'm off from July 7 until July 24th I might be able to log on to PS from time to time - but Mom is going to help me out (she's been helping me out since exams started over a month ago). So I guess I'm just saying that I'm gone from when till when, but I don't need to be on the C&G reg :-D

Hehehe, yes I did, and even though it was long, it was a very nice experience! I am guessing that at the next Twilight night, I won't be going... I mean... only if they plan to run all the movies, because then I would see 4 movies and I would be in the cinema for at least 8 hours!

I might have mentioned I went to Twilight Night? It's like a huge event where they showed the first two Twilight movies and then at 00:01 Eclipse. Everyone was enjoying the first two, but it wasn't too silent then. But when the lights went back out at midnight and Eclipse came on, everyone became silent, and as with you, no one spoke and everyone laughed at the same time. Also, in the end, a big applause followed. always gives me goosebumps :-)
