Hello everyone, it's just about noon here on Saturday and I haven't done squat. My balcony only gets sun from about 10-11am so I sat in the sun the entire hour and sunned my legs (gotta get tan for swimsuit season, you know). Now I've just put a load of laundry in and thinking about starting my schoolwork. I'll check back later and see if anyone's around. Have fun at the cabin, Armell!

Hi everyone! Tanya, I read about your cat and glad to hear that everything is ok now. Poor dear. And glad to hear you had a nice visit with Kijo. Gill, so awful about ED losing her wallet!! What a hassle! And hopefully YD called eventually, hope everything's okay there, too. Tonight has been my day of rest, catching up on PS and PV and television.

I panicked when I couldn't find the chat thread, what with the new title and all ... I thought "where will I go to talk to myself tonight?" Hehhehe!! This week has been so busy for me, normal work and school Monday and Tuesday, and then tonight after work I visited grandma in the hospital and we had a nice visit watching the Dodger (baseball) game on her little TV, then I went to my good friend's graduation party. She graduated with her four year degree this morning. I'm so jealous!!!!!!! She keeps saying "you're right behind me." I guess that's all I have to report for now. Ta-ta!

Hi Diane! Sorry I missed you. The wedding was lovely; I posted a few pictures of the beautiful bride on FB. It was a small wedding, just 50 guests, so I feel honored to be a part of the celebration. And everything seemed to go smoothly; she said the minister skipped a part of the reading that she had requested, and the DJ was a bit odd (he was a mic-hog, talked way too much) but she seemed to take it all in stride. All in all it was a lovely event. Now back to my studies today .... pooh!

Here I am, alone again ... I'm off in a couple hours to my good friend's wedding ... Briana, she plays PS and chatted a few times in the "other" forum. I have so much to do, must go to the car wash, get my nails done, do my hair, and get into my fancy duds, all in the next couple of hours ... yikes!! It should be a swell evening full of good friends, good food, and good drinks! I'll check in tomorrow ... ta-ta

Just stopped in to say thank you to WIsh and Frannie for the lovely gifts re: my midterms .... certainly very unexpected and very kind!!! And thanks to all of you for the kind words too! I love my C& G family and I certainly miss chatting with you all .... much love and hugs

Just checking in .... I got an 85% and a 100% on my two midterms ... not too bad I suppose ... I could have studied a bit harder for the first one apparently, haha! For that class I can only attend half the class time due to work, I so I suppose it's not too bad, considering. I miss you all! xoxo

Hi Zoonie, I read back and saw your nice message ... I was so busy with midterms and grandma has been in the hospital for the past two weeks so I've been really distracted. Things are settling down a bit so I hope to check back in here more often. I'm also so behind in PS, I log in to get my daily money (and mexican treats) but that's about it.
