I use Gunze silver for card headlights. Mask using tamiya masking tape then only paint over with a Toothpick. Use a cotton bud with a dab of gunze thinner to remove the mistakes. paint is RM6.90 per small glass bottle.

I use multifilla glue . It looks like porridge when u apply, but it is clear/transparent when dry. http://www.multifilla.com/Product_range.htm

If not mistaken, Some modellers user Brake Fluid to strip paint. They user this because it removes the paint and won't harm the plastic
