I believe it's all up to your up-bringing as a child. It's never the western fault because it's up to you, whether to follow or not. There's no gun pointing at your face forcing you to choose western behavior influences. If your family surrounding teaches you to be humble as a child, you will. If your family teaches to be rude, you will too. It's nobody to blame but ourselves for not able to lead as an example.
