You can do it on gimp. Just have the first jmage on onelayer, then on another layer, put the next scene. Then press a button and voilà! You cab search on YouTube how to do animations on Gimp. Gimp is completely free btw. Smile

Mango is right. although i do not use Gimp.

Imageready is for doing simple animated gifs. it's the animating software from Adobe other then Flash, but Flash is usually for handdrawn animations.

i have ImageReady and Photoshop and basically animation is easiest done by making layers of every 'part' you want for the animation. You can do this in photoshop and just like what mango said, do each scene in a different layer.

For example for blinking titles like Gaia's she probably had

Layer 1: [whole title shown]
Layer 2: [Title slightly fading away]
Layer 3: [almost faded away]
Layer 4: [gone]

now you open the PSD file in image ready, and all you gotta do is

layer 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2 (if you want it to loop). it's a lot more straight foreward when you actually do it..

i only know how to do it in PS and IR and not Gimp, but i'm sure the method is similar.

sorry if what i said made no sense.. Ashamed
