got this netbook just remove he current linpus os....

want to install windows 7 lite so if any of u guys hv exp with netbook pls tell me the pros n cons of doing this

the netbook specs

intel atom 1.6 ghz processor, 1gb ddr2 ram,intel gma, 8gb ssd drive

Windows will be easier to use since we are more familiar with it.

My a110 is running on Win Xp Tiny... been using it for almost 1 year no issues or hiccups.....

Exact same Spec as yours... just you will have a bit of difficulty finding for drivers....

But you can alwayz refer to this site http://www.aspireoneuser.com/forum/
Very helpful and you can get most of the drivers etc from the links there, also step by step tutorial of installation and Tweaking to make it run smooth..

you can try Win7 on the netbook..

easier to set up ur pendrive as a bootable device..

Can install Win7 in a 8gb ssd drive. But darn normal Win 7 install already 4GB!

win7 lite just 1gb..........
