Yea Mark the whole light unit needs changing..well spotted

I had a similar problem stue the rubbers split and it caused my bulbs to rattle and blow so bought a pair of second hand lights and changed the rubbers and all works

My bulb went about a month ago so i took it apart only to find that the previous owner had solderd the wires to the bulb god knows why so in the winter ile be looking for a new headlight unit inc brackets, i dont mind if i have to go back to the oe light so if anyone hears of one give us a shout
