I screwed up and did far to many miles mid week on the Bandit got back late last night from Mid Wales,
The roads where far to busy and to be honest it felt like I was on a suicide mission more then a gentle ride home.
I felt mentally drained this morning.
Old age and a misspent youth creeping in I recon.
May be I should start going down the gym with Stu and is mates I seem to spend more time that end of town lately.
mind you I should leave the bomb bay mix aloan
