looked at these the other day at my local apprilia dealer, i must say looked nice, and the spec is amasing, when ive been looking at the speed triples, and hondas cb1000r, but a good bike mate keeps hinting this my way lol. think its in my books to test ride before i buy the next bike thumbs

v4's seem to be coming out a bit at the mo, maybe the way forward

I think Honda twigged that one some years ago Laughing

Like that Prilia, but I still prefer the look of the Tuono Factory V twin. Saw one tonight in Jaca with a Speed Triple for company. Some sound track there when they hit the mountains thumbs

Honda finally sorted its V4's out after what
was a nightmare for them with the early models.
I notice now Honda only use them for tourers
and odd-ball dual-roll Soft-roaders.

Some folk love their V4's but to me they're
not a great idea.
2 pairs of barrels are heavier than one IL4.
You need to run timing gear to both heads.
More weight, more complication,
more expence, more servicing.
In racing you can get away with this by using
lighter, more expensive, more fragile material.

It all seems a hard way of doing things to me ?

looked at fz1, but the honda i think looks so much better and you get so much for the money, loically its £6,999 for a brand new one. im slowing down on what to choose as got some time, but think the hondas up the top at the min, never know, new bikes may come out very soon thumbs
