Fairplay if thats free weight then hes one strong guy, i normally do 125 kilo free weight bench on 3 levels x 4...and on the machine we do 150kilo

Nice place, I worked out when I was much younger and I hear you about free weight or machine. Nice to see a gyme thats all about free weight, only way to build. A good friend of mine at the time was "Mr Canada" body builder 3 years in a row.

I'm so our of shape now, not sure I could pick up a broom.lol
