ptolemyx 0 Posted October 11, 2012 Looked at the Constands before Dave; do you think it will ACTUALLY be a stable support for the King? Perhaps the Abba stand is better and costs half the price, waddya think? My personal LOW COST solution is a bar through the swingarm pivot on two axle stands when I want both wheels off the ground...still needs a jack under the header pipes to lift the front wheel (weight is about 55rear/45front)Old and Disgraceful

Tony nitrous 0 Posted October 11, 2012 Thats OK if it suits your needs.Would be great for the right person. To me, I see it as...# It doesnt lift hight enough,# Isnt ideal when working on certain parts,# What is the cost of adapters for a different bike,# What is the wait for adapters for another bike,# Wont fit all models (older or less popular bikes)Someone had one once and used it to turn a bikesideways to store it infront of his car ina single garage. He was very happy with it.Good sides and bad.
jezza 0 Posted October 11, 2012 done a search and there seems to be a fair few versions of this product and some seem to lift bikes higher than others . this one seems to lift ok or higher. Mmmm not something I'm gonna rush into however they do look useful.
