maveric 0 Posted August 30, 2013 Hi Yesterday i done a power dynorun just to see if i got it right, last time the 1550 kit was on the dyno on a friends bike it made 154hp/154nm and today it was 156.68hp/155.51nm stock gsx 1400 has 106 engine hp . Not totaly happy with that as i had hope's of hitting 160hp . But the dyno guy said if i do some adjustments to the afr table it will probably go around 165hp . So as a note the autotune is a little lean in it's value, if it show's for example afr13,2 it's acually afr13,7 . As a result i have now made the afr table ritcher for example in the 100% trottle region i change from 13,2 to 12,6 as a test just to see if i can notice any difference in power. One thing we noticed was i got a very straight fuel reading not jumping up and down so thats good . But the forcast this weekend is not good biking wise so i have to wait for better weather and continue to testride it futher. Cheers Maveric
Tony nitrous 0 Posted August 31, 2013 Good figures for the 14.If I'm reading it right that's about 145 ft/lbs of torque? The hp isn't huge by modern standards but thatsort or grunt would be very nice to have, might notwin races but would make a brilliant road bike!Wish mine had those sort of figures. Nice.
