i had it fitted the SV and on another bike ( forgot which one now ) and tbf i didn't think it was worth it. Yeah it saves the paint from stones etc but the coating itself gets marked and peals, which IMO looks worse than a small mark on the paintwork!


Damage from leathers/boots - not sure about you but if anything, a small mark that will clean off is not really damage. Zips on the other hand yes, but they will still mark the film

I fitted it to one of my bikes, its dead easy to fit and it didnt tear/go yellow/show marks or do anything other than do what it was supposed to do and protect the paintwork.
