The reason God gives us these dreams is so that we can pray against the dream content (or whatever we know it symbolizes, i.e., the interpretation), or take action - that might mean within us (changing a behavior/attitude/etc.) or it might be something that we're supposed to do for another person (again, pray for or talk with them, etc.).In some cases, God is giving you a warning that something is going to occur and He's allowing it to occur but even in these instances, He's with us as our Refuge and as our Comforter, to strengthen us as we move through the trial that he showed us.Keep praying about it until He gives you peace about the situation.
