Lot's Wife Turned to Salt-How Could They Know?

After thinking about the situation, how would anyone know that she became a mass of salt when no one was allowed to turn aroud and look?: chinscratch:

Good question. Some versions say that she was following behind Lot, so he wouldn't have been able to turn around and see first-hand.

His two daughters were also with them, so perhaps his wife was behind him, but in front of the daughters.

The assumption that another human person told him isn't perfect, either. He had just interacted with angels, so he may have been visited again, later. How he learned of the fate of his wife isn't specified, but that doesn't mean he was never told.

They couldn't look back at the time... but later, before they wrote it down they probably walked back that way to see the devastation.

I cant support this, but it has all ways been in my heart, She did not look back, but she turned back to what she was commanded to leave behind. (She went back to the sin of Sodom)
Does that make sense?
