Hi Zoonie
I'm waiting for a repair man - we have a leak in our kitchenette at work and he was here last night to check it and said - I'll be back tomorrow morning. Well it's 10am and he's still not here Sad

How's the work in your house progressing? All being well I hope

My workmen have proved quite reliable really, although only one plasterer turned up as the other had hurt his back. The one who came seemed a good worker though.

The room's all plastered and first fix electrical is in.

It's one man doing the job, calling in specialists for those other trades.
Today he's going to do the underfloor heating and then screed the floor ready for tiling.

So - it's quite a long job, but going ok, thanks Bee.

that's good - you are lucky. I've heard lots of horror storied from friends.
I love the idea of underfloor heating - Mr B was going to have it in the house he was going to build ( it's one of those log houses he wants - he still talkes about it years and years later - it getting a good priced land that's holding him back.)

My hair's thick and there's a lot of it, I have to keep it under strict control, otherwise it might make a bid for world domination Laughing

I have to leave you my sweet, so I shall go and tame it, and you can check this out

ROFL!
Later x

A lack of sleep really isn't good for you.
Any idea on why your sleep's so disturbed? if so, maybe we can think of ideas to help.

Is your blood sugar low, hence the dizziness too?

Maybe your mind stays too active? Try and make yourself comfortable, block out all the light, even from clocks and stuff - and think about maybe making a regular bed time each night to try and get into a routine?
Sweet Dreams x

*Mods this Facebook link goes to Zoonie's profile in error as I registered Gill (not me) on the forum - it is in hand to sort it out. Thanks Zoonie

I'm pretty tired and a sore shoulder, but I had such a fun day today!
It's also very cold over here! It was -5°C when I left this morning and was really cold when I was waiting for the bus. I'm glad I had my mittens and hat !
