I upgraded to 1.2.3 and now my update patcher has decided not to work so unless anyone has any ideas it looks like i wont be on smp until it goes 1.2.3 :/

I've said it before and I'll say it again, here:

1. First of all, open run (may have other names depending on language).
2. Then type %appdata% and press enter or ok.
3. Then you click on the .minecraft file.
4. Right click the "bin" file and click on "properties" (may have other names as well).
5. Click the "previous versions" and then some files will appear. Mark the file you want and press the "restore" button.
6. ???
7. PROFIT

Note! Before you restore, make sure to close minecraft.exe. If you don't have the previous bin folder (as many seem not to have) go somewhere else and download minecraft.jar

Same patcher i use mike, and not surprisingly, its acting the same way. It gets to what looks like 99%-ish and then it just sits there and says patching.
