Jail For Classic Server

Hey im thinking of building a jail if people griefed and they say it was the mouse spazed alone so artisan+ can type /jail 1 min <name> and they go to jail with the time you put.

The jail needs to have a zone so people cant escape and the walls and everything in bedrock and one glass to see outside and when its over the time take him back where he was and repair the grief he did

first, it would need command /jail, it requires coding.
secondly, this has been suggested dozens of times, ending up being shot down every single time.
