BG, they are very tasty, after you get over the fact that they are very ugly ....

I make a great artichoke dip with canned ones, I don't usually cook them from raw ...

you're missing a big part of life! We stuff ours, each leaf, with a mixture of fresh bread crumbs, garlic, and parm cheese!

Beee! hello lovely.

Frannie, I'd take the artichokes over chocolate any day of the week!

Dinner is coming right up so I'll be off to eat.

I had chicken liver salad - love my liver and need to top up my iron.

Yesterday I had noodles in my favorite Japanese restaurant in Soho (went with Mr B) and then we went to Covent Garden to Ben's Cookies - it was to die for.

Someone got a packet in Mr B's office and he said I have to try them - it was heaven!!!

Sorry Bee ...... liver does not excite me ......

The Japanese and the cookies sound good though ..congratulations

We are having steak, potatoes, mushrooms ( maybe with crab stuffing... haven't decided yet) and green beans ....... I am eating out of the pantry and don't want to go to the store .....

I have to admit I don't like the smell of liver (when Dad makes it, because he's the only one who eats liver). I always try to taste a small piece, but not too keen on it.

I love liver but I like them meduim (like my steak).

I saw recipe for ths lovely Valentines meal on SW website - honey glazed pork chops with red pepper and spring onion mash (if things would have been little bit different now that what I would have been making today).

I love making different flavour mash potatoes - my favorite - horseraddish, whole grain mustard, spring onion or cheese. It can really make big difference to your meal if you flavour your mash potatoes.

we have little thing to melt chocolate in (it's like fondue set but smaller and "runs" on a tea light candle).
I only ever half dip them and always use dark chocolate.

that sounds very handy ... If I do very many, I use a minature crockpot that I have .. Otherwise I just melt the choc in the microwave ..

mindy, it is very easy ... really all you need are the basic ingredients and a microwave ... Depending on how many I am going to make, I eithor use the chocolate in the little tub like she uses in the video, or I buy the candy "bark" at the store and melt it ..

Mindy .... You are very welcome .... You know that you can buy a mixer at WM for less than $20 ...... You will be amazed at how much you will use it .....

it is a very good and much easier than it looks recipe ... I have made .... let me think ... about 200 at a time for wedding receptions ... It does take a little practice getting the stuffing in the berries at first, but the chocolate covers a world of sins !!
