Yeh i no wot ya mean stue i like the way my b6 rode and handled espessally with the busa front end and the b12 swingarm, the thing is i want a bit more power now so am looking at the b12 and anything else wot i can do stuff to, but as i said i like the streetfighter look, not bothered about the fairings to keep the wet off me i ride all weathers even in the snow plus i do keep my bikes clean and polished. -

Cheap, Tough ?
Gen1 Bandit 12
GSX1100 ET / EX / EF.
TL1000R / S.
Fireblade.
Original Gpz1100,
ZRX11/12.
Gpz750 Turbo.
ZX9R (lots fightered out here)
Z1000R/1100R (Lawson rep)
I even managed to stretch my little budget
to a Hayabusa by buying one that had been
dropped with panel damage and needed tyres.
I might look at some panel damage ones now was a bit worried about that, But i suppose if there is no frame damage it will be fine -

I'm struggling on what bike to get in the early part of next year, as some of you no I had a b6 that woz nicked with upsidedown busa forks b12 swingarm an absolutely love it it was a good spec for me, quite a few extra's on it. I love the streetfighter look want something nice an cheap been looking at the b12 and a few others on the bay also like the fireblades and do something with that you know streetfighter not to much at first little by little as I have seen a few of them thats been done, I don't no much about fireblades help is well appreciated. Also what other bikes do you recommend that is cheap and cheerful but a solid bike running wise and is worth messing around doing up streetfighter wise. Thanx Micky -

@Chadatious wrote:@dick65 wrote:im a bit sceptical about there ratings at times they probs just have it a couple days except long termers i think owners should rate them as its them who live with the bikes day in day out
no owner ratings, so either no ones brave enough, or their all in hospital where the bikes fell apart
Now that could be true or aint got no bottle -

@Chadatious wrote:yeah, wanted to sit on a gs500f the faired one as was going to buy one, and he said bring both parts of licence and you can test ride.
but got my bandit in end. when i often buy smashed up bikes of my mate from his auction buys, as their cheap good bikes, so if something comes up, i buy it then dont like will always get money back if not more after fixing it road worthy. then i can do a few nice extras. but i dont know if i want a written off bike next as next will probably be a 1l bike and ill want to keep it for a while,
what about a fireblade i've been looking at them there is some cheap ones about. My cousin ad one about 5years ago he liked it said it was powerful enough. -
