What you need to have a go at is the M1a1 Abrams MBT. that thing is a beast 68 tons at 42mphid like that always liked the chieftans as well I agree. They looked a lot faster than they were. But they epitomise the main battle tank. -

dear do that m8 not like factory bikes where you can just go and get another,pleased they fettled it Your dead right, the luxury of the factory rider, you don't get too many of them in the TT though.

The guys were just worried about the cost. The chassis was an ex Dave Mollenaux, and they had just pumped £25K into it. But they had it sorted again and were racing up at Jurby by the end of the year. You cant keep good men down.

A sidecar outfit came to rest on my drive last TT, It was well ablaze the passenger threw himself off, and the rider managed to stop it. a few buckets of water and a fire extinguisher later. The result. At least no one was hurt.

Lol I used to command one of those in Germany during the cold war. I wouldn't have that even if it came with £16.5k. They would always break down, and would probably cost £16K to fill the fuel tank. Mind you they are good for a dispute with the neighbours, or anyone else for that matter, as they could throw a high explosive 105mm shell upto 28km. the best place for that is as an artificial reef at the bottom of the sea somewhere.
