If you don't mind me asking, how did your situation turn out? Was it a literal dream?

Y'all....I don't know what's going on with this. This is the second time I have seen my mom dead in a dream or vision. It's begining to make me very uneasy.

Last night I dreamed that my mom had died. I saw her dead, and then I knew her body was at the mortuary. I remember I was so busy making plans, arranging for family to come in, that I hadn't really grieved. Then someone comes to me with a card, and it was signed by ladies that my mom is friends with, offereing their condolences on my moms passing. I began to weep and fell into this persons arms crying, knowing that I had begun my grieving process for my mom.

No. God does not consider that marriage. A marriage is between a man and a woman. God brought Eve out of the side of Adam to be His mate, and for Adam to be Eve's mate. God blessed their union, and told them be fruitful and multiply. Man can't multiply with man, nor can woman with woman. The Bible also says that the two will become one flesh, and that occurs in the sexual act between a man and a woman, where you are so close with the other person that you literally are one flesh during the time of intimicy. Women can't be that close to each other in the natural, and neither can a man because it is not a woman's anatomy. It was actually in old biblical law that if a man was found with a man, or a woman found with a woman, both of them were to be put to death because it was such a abomination to the Lord. (The act of homosexuality, NOT the people involved).

The world's opinion does not change the fact of what God says. God has final authority over all situations. God destroyed Sodom and Gamorrah (sp?) because of their sins had reached such degration (including the sin of homosexuality).

God wants us to have love and relationships in this world, but He wants us to do it the right way. God tells husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself for her. No where in the Bible does it mention same sex marriage.

God loves all people, regardless of what they do. However, there are some things that are sacred that must remain so. Marriage is one of them.

At the same time, that doesn't give seriously misguided "Bible Thumpers" the right to preach that God Hates (Insert terminology here), or to hate those that are involved in that lifestyle. Christians can take a stand for what is right without being abusive or demeaning to others.

Is there something about the boy that isn't sitting right in your spirit. Is he "off" in anyway?

Does the woman send you running for the shelter of the Lord? Or do you sense that she is jealous of you in ways, hence the green colors?

These are just some thoughts that came to my mind.

You have such a precious heart! I can see your care and compassion for others in what you have written above.

Yes, you are absolutely right. You have to seperate yourself from things at times because of temptation. I know a lady who used to be an alcoholic and she's a minister now, and she has to ask God for permission to go into resturants or areas with bars because she needs to make sure she's strong enough to face the temptation.

You have a sweet sweet heart, and honestly, that may be what is trying to draw you. I mean that by the fact that women are nurturing and you seem to be a nurturing person, and since you missed that when you were little, you are wanting that nurturing from someone.

WoW!!!! That is awesome! I guess God is telling me it's time to start really seeing myself as He sees me. I guess I really am as pretty as everyone tells me I am. Wow. Not in a conceited way, just a mesmerized way.

You know, I always wondered why people stared at me (especially men), I mean just stared, with mouth slightly opened. I guess I couldn't see myself how others see me.

It had different charms on it. Not good luck charms, but charms that women collect on bracelets. For example, cats, tigers, things that are symbolic to them. The bracelet was beautiful. The focus was on the beads. It was the purest looking silver I've ever seen.

Interesting....Captin D and a woman in a sailors suit in your dream....very interesting thought/connection....hmmmmm.

I have a question for you. You don't have to answer it on here because it's personal. I was wondering if you've ever been sexually molested. The reason I ask is, I was, and I did struggle with this somewhat. I'd have fleeting thoughts about how that girl looked hot, and I'd check her out, but God has set me free from that.

I also have a friend that was molested by a female when she was young, and she struggled with homosexuality, but she too has been set free.

I don't understand people. Some of my friends are gay/lesbians. They know that I love them (and I do dearly), but they also know that I don't agree with the active lifestyle. They call me when they need someone who just loves them, when they feel like they've been beat up by the world, and they know that I will be there for them, always.

I've had people tell me that it's a sin for me to be around them. I always replied have you done anything wrong today? Then how is your sin different from theirs. Sin is sin. Yes God does say that homosexuality is a sin, but he also said, lying is a sin, lust, gluttoney, pride, envy, murder, dishonoring mom and dad, sex outside of marriage, adultry. I could go on, but my point is, who are we to cast aside someone because of their sins, when we have sins on equal ground in our lives. It's man that lables sin on a "bad" scale, not God. With God it only takes one sin to send you to hell. Yet, God is merciful and gracious. He sent his only son to save us.
Even some pastors miss the grace of God because they've never experienced it.

God loves you more than you could ever immagine, and He will help you through this. Listen to God, and what God tells you about people, and about who you are. He will help you!

This came to my mind, and I was wondering if maybe there has been something that you're dealing with, and you can't quite put your finger on what it is, or where it is coming from. This lady may be a key to getting rid of that thing. The Lord may be getting ready to show you what the real root of the issue is, and where it came from.

Please pray on what I said, if it doesn't apply toss it aside. This is what came to my mind and I just posted my thoughts on this.

Hey Y'all!

I had this vision last night. I was in bed, and ready to go to sleep. I had my eyes closed, and all of a sudden, this charm bracelet appeared before my eyes. It was shiny and silver in color. It had all different kinds of charms on it, it was very detailed and clean, high quality, and it wasn't big, just the standard size of a women's bracelet. One thing drew my attention...on the bracelet, there were round stones in between the charms. They were red, yellow, blue in color. They were very bright, they glowed almost as if they were on fire. Then the vision was gone.

Say whaaat???

Hey Guys! I haven't been able to post in a while because I have been working such long hours this week and have been getting home really late.

I know this dream does NOT represent my church. I have a very Godly man for a pastor, and his wife is an awesome woman of God and my mentor.

I believe this may apply to my work situation. We do have a lot of churches that come into visit and preach to our residents. Some of them I agree with their messages, and others there is no way I ever would agree with what they say. I think it also applies to the situation between my supervisior and myself and one of my co-workers. I have often thought that her life gives off such a horrific stench before I even had this dream. So, I'm thinking that maybe she is offering something to others that is wrong and disgusting.

I just wanted to touch on something real quick that stuck out to me the most in what you wrote above.

Jodi, God decided to heal him when He died on the cross. He conqured sickness, death. I read many years ago (and it stuck with me) that the 39 lashes Jesus took on his back, every single disease and sickness of all kinds, can be traced back to 39 specific roots, or devils, and by taking the 39 lashes, and surviving, and then dying on the cross, Jesus became the ultimate victor over everything. Isaiah 53:5 says "...By His stripes, we ARE healed." Not that we will be, or God will decide to eventually one day if we hold our mouth right, or He might, or He won't. It says we ARE healed. We as Christians have a real enemy that wants to take our health from us because if we don't feel good, or are ill, it lessens the amount we can do for Christ. Thank God, that we serve a good God that can take off what the devil tries to put on us. Yes, the Lord does give people the spiritual gift of Healing. The Lord has revealed this gift to you.

Don't mean to sound like I'm preaching to you, but that lept out at me, and I wanted to help you with that little piece of doubt that snuck in there.

Being in the Green part of my dream was so peaceful and just beautiful the sky was blue and the sun was shining.

I couldn't wait to get out of the room with the smell. It wasn't so much that I was uncomfortable, it was just that it smelled so bad I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Last night I dreamed I had to travel to a foreign country. I don't know where exactly, but I was with a female who in my dream, was my friend, but I do not know this person in real life. I dreamed she was looking for something that she had to give this man. We walked down a really green pathway, green trees growing up on the side, big trees, and lush green grass under our feet. We get to this place, and there is this awful stench, I mean horrid smell. We were looking for something equivelent of butt funk (excuse me please, but that's basically what it was) We walked into a room with small glass beakers like used in chemistry everywhere. We asked this guy where this particular thing was, and he picked something up and gave it to us, and it smelled AWFUL!!!! and it looked like diluted chocolate milk. We took it across the hall to the guy and gave it to him. We left the building, and I noticed that there was a jail in the ground and there was a man in it, and there was an iron gate above the mans hand. He had his fingers stuck through the iron, and his hands were dirty and there were flies all over his hand. I remember walking along the pathway, and went to the side so I wouldn't step on his hand. Then I woke up.

THANK YOU!!!! In the midst of all of this going on, I seemed to have forgotten that God is on my side. That is so good to be reminded of. My supervisior is trying to stir up trouble, isolate me, and she bullies me. I couldn't see past all of that. So, THANK YOU!!!!
