I've always wanted to upgrade, this forums has been nice but it has been worn down. Anything important can be copy and pasted over or linked to the topic on this forums. It's not like this one is going anywhere, hosted on those free hosts right?

That would most likely be because your topic was just slamming a person based on assumptions that he took offense of. I mean, you are not the only person on the forums that thinks he bullshits people sometimes but that doesn't mean I go around descrediting people because that's what I think. If I managed to prove hes bullshitting people then yea, I can go around stating that. Like that guy who said he was going on vacation doing something I forget what he said he was doing. Eric got factual evidence that he was bullshitting people when he said that, he went on a rage and griefed the server before quitting/getting banned (was some funny shit). However just going around throwing accusations at people only stirs up shit. Just guessing as to why your thread was removed.

Seems I was incorrect about how clan wars will function, The MWO developers want this game to be more community based and less pay to win. They will give out no MC (Premium Credits) for clan wars as they don't want any group to have advantages over other players. Instead holding territory grants them cbill bonus's which is used to purchase mechs and upgrade them. The way these clan wars will be setup is that there are 6 official factions with there own storyline. Any player without a group/clan can join one of these 6 factions where they will compete in faction wars with other players in the faction. Object of it is for the faction to hold territory. You and other players will compete against other players and other factions to take hold of territory that grants you and other players in your faction this cbill bonus for capturing and holding a territory. Aside from factions, players and clans can create Mercenary Corps which will be groups for hire by the factions. The benefit of this is that they can choose who they fight with and who they fight for however they will have to compete for contracts against other Merc Corps. They will fight for territory and hold territory and will be granted the same cbill bonus + there contract but the territory income will be shared by the faction that hired you.

You guys diddn't read the article fully did you, Disney bought the franchise but they diddn't take over creative control. Georges Vice President took over control of the company and reports to Disneys CEO. Included in the buy out was the special effects and creative team of the star wars franchise. Additionally as said in the article, George Lucas will be a creative consultant still for there future Star Wars products. The only thing that has changed in regards to Star Wars is that disney makes the profits from it instead of George Lucas. Disney funds a additional couple more big production Star Wars movies but the creative process of it hasn't changed.
