Hey everyone! Just wanted to get this topic open for discussion. Share any ideas you have for recruiting new members here, we appreciate any and all help in the early process of recruitment.

I will be playing CoD WWII for the time being until the release of Modern Warfare. Meeting and networking with players is my goal there, along with collecting some gameplay footage to possibly use via our newly registered YouTube Channel ( Will post a link below this post). We also have our Instagram page made as of 2 days ago. ( @airspacefull) Will be working hard to connect with players looking for leadership and sportsmanship via any outlet we can find to reach players.

Again, we would love to see your ideas for the community growth.

We are currently at 48 members, imagine what we could do with 500. That is the current goal and EXzachLY and I believe in just a few short weeks of work, we can accomplish this goal and get the groundwork for the community settled. What's up everyone! Glad to announce a few things I have been working on, which are still at the early stages. With community help we can use these platforms to help grow.

1. When you go to https://airspacefull.forumgamers.net on your mobile device, you can get AsF in a mobile app version by utilizing the Progressive Web App (PWA). The user can install it directly from a browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox, without having to go through an app store. Quick access anywhere to our community forum and chatbox.

2. Air Space Full is now on Instagram, @airspacefull . Please follow for announcements, support, and growth. Still working on getting some content together for it, but the process has begun now.

3. Working on content for our own community YouTube channel. In the future we would like this channel to be a platform for all of our community members to participate in. Whether it be sharing some gameplay videos to showcase your talent or your own stream, sending in clips for community highlight videos or anything else we all would want. The current URL is a bit annoying being that it was just made recently, together we can grow this and have fun doing it.

Now that the BETA for COD : Modern Warfare has concluded, I wanted to open up this topic for discussion.

I personally enjoyed the beta experience. Met some awesome players. There was a lot of excitement for the game from most people I played with. Played enough to get to level 30, Ahzir Cave was my favorite map. Enjoyed the Cyber Attack mode the most. Although Ground War had to be the most exciting part. The 32v32 was intense and in a lot of ways reminds me of Conquest mode from Battlefield games. Hopefully we can join in larger groups than 4 or at least multiple squads. 2v2 was good competition and I really liked that you started off with fists. We will need videos of people killing with the fists. Kind of bummed that the beta is over. We are going to be working on recruiting during this month before the release of the game, so I am looking forward to playing with you all upon release day.

Over 8 years later, this ended up being one of my favorite and most played games in my life. If it weren't for Skyrim I probably would have been playing a lot more FPS.

Hey everyone, this is my first announcement to the site since we have been officially re-opened. At the moment our community still is at a low number of members. Since there are still a few weeks until the release of Call of Duty : Modern Warfare, this is the ideal time for us to take advantage of this time and begin to recruit Call of Duty and Battlefield players to join our community. Our goal is for when the game is released to have members ready to party up and get to winning games. Our first wave of members will have many opportunities to work with EXzachLY and I during the first few months of operations here at AsF in recruiting new members. We are going looking to recruit talented players and leaders. We are looking to promote a handful of new staff members. Working together, I believe we can grow into an awesome platform for bringing FPS players together to have tournaments and contests across multiple game titles, amongst other things. Hey everyone, I was wondering what you prefer to play when you aren't shooting at people online. I myself enjoy role playing games such as Elder Scrolls. Sports games are fun every now and then. Im pretty decent at Madden (unless I play against Crafty). More recently I picked up Saints Row 2 at gamestop and beat the storyline, its a pretty good game. What kind of games do you like when you need a break from online shooters?

Hey everyone! In this thread, I will explain to you the opportunities members have to rise up in the ranks here at AsF. First off, showing you all the structure of forum name colors.

Forum Username Color Structure

Commander = Site Admins/Founders
General = Site Moderators
Colonel = Site Staff, contributing to the growth of AsF will not go unnoticed and as we grow we will need more staff. Will have access to the staff lounge
Major = Our most dedicated members, being a Major is the highest rank below site staff. Successful Captains will periodically be promoted to this group.
Captain = Captains are long time members who showed devotion to our community and are proven leaders. Leading Factions and groups of players, giving recommendations to enlisted and NCOs is encouraged and will help site growth.
Promoter = Special group for members who are more creative and have came up with their own unique way to promote our community.
Officer = Reach Warrant Officer forum status (500 post count) to be added to this group.
Recruiter = Members who consistently help to bring in new members can become official AsF recruiters. When you refer someone to the site, remember to tell them to put you as the referrer in their player log.
NCO = Reach Corporal forum status (40 post count) to be added to this group.
Gamebattles = Players who represent AsF through competing on gamebattles will be invited to this group.
Probation = Group designated for members who have abused the rules and are under review or on the verge of being banned.

That explains all the different colors you will see throughout the forum.

Since we are still in the early stages of our site, we are currently looking to promote more site staff and more higher ranked site members (looking for a moderator as well). Also we are in need of official recruiters. Our early members will have a opportunity to step up and prove themselves to EXzachLY and I(Founders). Your efforts and suggestions will not go unnoticed and will be greatly appreciated.

Also members, I forgot to add in that the more active you are on the forums will give you a simple forum title (based upon post count). We added in the forum post count ranks as a small reward for your posts as well as something to encourage involvement in the community. You start at Enlisted (0 Posts) and work your way up. (example- 5 Posts will earn you the title of Private, all the way through First Lieutenant at 1000 posts). The groups (name colors) are in place to show members what your contributions to AsF are based on which color your name is. If you are in multiple groups, the higher order "rank" color will show, although you will still be included in all groups you are added to.


Becoming A Community Recruiter

We encourage all of our members to tell people about AsF and to try and recruit new members. If you consistently recruit new members to the community you will receive an invite to our official "Recruiter" group along with a unique color to make your contributions known to the community. To make sure you are credited with recruiting a new member, when you tell them about how to join AsF you should remind them that when they post their player log to name you as their "Reference" (aka the person who got them to join).

Becoming an Promoter

Earning the forum title "Promoter" is A little more unique than some of the other opportunities here at AsF. There is no specific way for me to explain how to earn this title. The reason for that is that EXzachLY and I will be personally giving out this title to select members who contact us with their own unique ideas of promoting Air Space Full. So if you have any ideas feel free to contact us with the information. We will be looking forward to hearing from our members and excited to see your creativity!


For now these are our member opportunities to make your mark in our community. The more our community grows the more demand we will have for more staff members so as a young community EXzachLY and I will be getting to know our members so when the time comes we will choose new staff members. Most of these positions will be Captain-Colonel positions. Also there will be  new opportunities available regularly that either I or EXzachLY will update here in this thread and in the "Site Announcements" section. So lets get to expanding our community and see where we can take ourselves! Thanks again.

Hey everyone, This thread is where I will be posting all the goals we are trying to accomplish as a community. Since we are still in the very young stages of AsF, we do not have a long list of goals yet. In the Community Section go to Member Suggestion, all of our members can post their thoughts on what we can do to grow as a community. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated and remember the reason there are not more goals is that EXzachLY and I want our members to help us create our goals as a community. That being said, I will be keeping a close eye on the suggestions thread and will be replying to you there.
