I have a few recipe's to share with my PSFC family.
There are some that came from my family line, friends as well as other recipe sources.
I really like the idea of having a recipe forum on PSFC so that anytime I am in the mood for something that I have made before or better yet, something new that has been posted by other PSFC family members, I will be able to pull it up and create away.
I hope you enjoy my recipe's as much as I have. And I am looking forward seeing what ya'll have created too.

    CHOCOLATE WALNUT CRUMB BARS

I found this recipe years ago.
I cannot remember where I got it from and I don't have a picture, however, I found one that looks like it via search engine.

    Chocolate Walnut Crumb Bars
    ________________________________________

    Ingredients

    - 1 cup butter – room temperature
    - 2 cups flour
    - ½ cup white sugar
    - ¼ teaspoon salt
    - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ¼ cup. sweetened condensed milk
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - 1 cup chopped walnuts

    Instructions

Beat butter in large bowl until creamy and smooth.
Beat in flour, sugar and salt until crumbly mixture has been created.
    With floured fingers press 2 cups crumb mixture onto bottom of greased 9x13 pan. {Reserve remaining mixture in a separate bowl.}
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Warm 1½ cups of semi sweet chocolate chips and sweetened milk in small sauce pan over low heat stirring often until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract to the creamy melted chocolate.
Once the 10-12 minutes are complete and the bottom crust is golden brown, spread the melted chocolate over the crust.
Stir in chopped walnuts and remaining semi sweet chocolate chips into reserved crumb mixture.
    Sprinkle over chocolate filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool on wire rack.
Once half way cooled, it is best to cut the bars before they cool completely.

That is all there is too it. Let me know how you like ‘em 

I tried that and it was delicious!!!! Anymore mouth-watering ones? Smile

  3. Thanks, Foxpoly and smorkle.

Well, he goes to exercise with my grandmother every morning, though I guess he's quite a person who loves to stay at home while my grandmother is adventurous.

When my grandomther goes for a holiday, he prefers to stay at home. I don't know what he eats but I know he doesn't take anything sweet.. He refuses to even take a little sweet which I offered to him.

Actually, I have a question. What is double-vision like anyway?

  4. Hello.

I know I don't post much but I've recently just found out... My grandfather has Double Vision... I don't know what is that but Mom said they are symptoms of a stroke coming..

I just hope that my grandfather will be better and I'm really sad. He's very nice and spent all his time on every Saturdays to get me food I like.. Espeacially coconut water! He brings them to my house every Saturday and I'm afraid I'm gonna lose him!

Please help me, I can't help thinking of it.
