  2. IMHO this is one of the most beautiful castings of 2011, as much as the real one!!!

    The inspiration:
    Aston Martin One-77
    V12 engine 750HP 7,3 liters
zero to 60 in less than 3,5s !!!
    only 77 units were fabricated!

    The cast:

    The project:
I was very excited with this project, cause it would be very easy to open the cast, the front end is not riveted. Also the hood could be removed with only two straight cuts, no right angle cuts needed.

    Cutting the hood:

Cutting the pack to make the hinge:

    The plastic hinge:

Attaching the hinge to the cast:

    Ready!!!
Missing some detailing and a powerfull engine!!! Suggestions are welcome!!!

  3. Blancpain is a Swiss luxury watchmaker, sponsor of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo category

    My inspiration:

How you find it in the pegs:

    - Decals made with transparent decal paper
    - Rims painted black
    - Rear wing from Porsche GT3 RS
    - front # 7 intentionaly removed

    The result:

  4. The name is an allusion to the Prototype H24.
Batmobile 24h means that the Caped Crusader is protecting us anytime in our beloved Gotham City!

    - Removed the white plastic chassis and swaped with a black one from a red Prototype.
    - Removed the original tampoos with acethone
    - Painted the front air intakes, side exhausts and tail lights
    - "Bat-Decals" applied on the doors

This white base was from the black Prototype, it matched so well with the white rims!!!
