Aston Martin One-77 opening the hood!!!

IMHO this is one of the most beautiful castings of 2011, as much as the real one!!!

The inspiration:
Aston Martin One-77
V12 engine 750HP 7,3 liters
zero to 60 in less than 3,5s !!!
only 77 units were fabricated!


The cast:


The project:
I was very excited with this project, cause it would be very easy to open the cast, the front end is not riveted. Also the hood could be removed with only two straight cuts, no right angle cuts needed.

you can transplant a ferrari engine into the engine bay .... most ferrari models hav a v12 in it .... you want something more solid you can try the engine from honda racer originally from design challenge

In fact it´s very simple!, only two ez cuts, and I don´t need to glue the front, because the orginal attachment of the grid is maintened!!! Thanks for the comments Sinclair!
