Thanks Lea! I've been writing a lot of my 'stories' in the C&G chat, so I missed this section here a bit to be honest, so glad we can do it here now too! Thanks! *hugs*

Seems you have a tight schedule over there
and now I'm in the mood for brownies, lol

I'm just about to put tea on, so it will be ready when I get back from picking her up from dancing....saves a little time.

It doesnt help that its getting dark already, or that its raining...all I want to do is close the curtains and put my pj's on lol...how lazy am I??

Awwww, that sounds like a good plan! I still need to catch up on a few episodes of Vampire Diaries, and since it's perfect weather... Good idea!

I'm just waiting on dinner to be honest, and then I'm just going to be very very lazy. My parents are gone for the weekend (they leave this Thursday), so I'm all by myself to take care of the household (including our pets and an entire army of bunnies), so I'll know what to do, and make sure I can enjoy my spare time now :-)

To be fair we did arrange this a few nights ago, but I forgot not like me at all. So now I have to wash my hair and get changed to go out ....

Since my VERY chaotic day, yesterday.... it is a bit better now.
These were my events:
woke up, got kids out to school. Took nap from 10am-noon. VERY exhausting weekend at work...
At 1250pm, got a call from my nephew stating that my brother in law, who is homeless and a very sad alcoholic, was over at my father in laws house taking is vodka and money. I live 2 blocks away, so i raced over there and as soon as he saw me he said, " i was just leaving.." and I said yup... "bye". He knows not to mess with me....
so as I am backing into my driveway, I hit the concrete wall with my front tire and it cause my alignment to totally go crackers. Couldn't drive my car at all... so, i had to quickly come up with a way to get my kids from school.
then i noticed my puppy, Ernie, img_0110.jpg
was not acting right. He was shaking and hiding and moppy and not himself at all. He is my first dog I have ever owned. So I freaked out. I had to find a ride to the vets..thank god i got a ride and he was seen by the vet. It appears his neck is messed up. Still don't know how it happened, but he is on anti inflammatories and muscle relaxers. He felt a bit better last night after the meds, but this morning it was sooooooo sad....he was a mess... gave him his meds...and now he is just mopping around today.
Got my car towed.... so sad to see your car on a flat bed tow truck . I hope it wont cost a lot to fix.
But now, i am stranded at home and i get to hang out with my cyber family today.... thx for listening...and thx lisa and claudia for your kind words and cyber hugs....

Ernie is a pure bred maltese.... he is a love bug...but his half brother, IPO is much sweeter.
They are very costly pups, that is for sure...and they both had to have surgery when they were little on their knees
Grooming costs a bit too.... but i bathe them at least every 2 weeks and send them to the groomers about every 2 months...that is a hundred bucks each visit.
However, ,money cannot put love and destiny off . Good luck, lisa...on deciding on a pup.... i can't imagine my life without them.

Just got a call back on my car.. Ashamed .. a quote to how much it is going to cost.... one big OUCH, 560 bucks. I am just speechless..... there goes the cc's i wanted to buy... Laughing . argh....

ouch on your car! That is a lot of money at any time of the year, but even worse this close to Christmas!

I think from what I've been reading, Maltese dogs need even more grooming than brichon frise...my friends dog gets groomed ever 6 weeks, and it costs £30, but that is for a full shampoo, cut, blow dry (yes on a dog lol) and nail trim, so not too bad really

yup.... perfect timing as always.... when the going gets tough...i just gets tougher.... what can u do....

i am not familiar with bichon's , however with the groom/bath schedule i have for ernie and ipo it seems to work. They don't get too dirty too much. They are total lap lovey dogs... and they don't play fetch really or roll around in the grass/mud at all... they are little prissy princes.... LOL...

@Kivie hope that your puppy gets well soon, and that the car fiy doesn't cost a lot.

I had a bad day too. School is really truning boring, not couse of subjects but becuase I feel like I am surrounded by Kindergareners all the time. About half of the school is behaving like that (not the techers Laughing). And tomorrow I have French (the teacher always know how to suck out color in life). I am so tired I can't think Have I done my homework. Or what am doing or was doing. I feel like 1 second is an hour. And the weather is horrible (raining). It is like I am confused (too much).

@Luka --- hang in there buddy. I know how it is, really I do, since i have 3 kids, ages 12, 14 and 16. So, I know how other kids can act like kindergarteners...u just wanna go up to them and say, "really!!!! "
Time always goes slow when we look at it closely. Get a good book or cruise around PSFC. That ought to get your time to fly by. I hope.
And the French teacher with so little color.... bring her a picture of a rainbow. Maybe she'll get the hint
Stay cool and tomorrow is a new day.

Hey guys,

now it's my time to rant, rofl! We have constructions in our street going on, ever since beginning of August... The entire street is completely torn apart, everything is either sandy or muddy. But needed to get some grocery shopping done before parents leave this weekend so I don't have to be running around a lot. We had to make a detour to go to the store because everything over here is one big muddy pool. We're all tired of living in these conditions and keep hoping everything will be over soon, but it seems in stead of making progress, they are doing the opposite... It seems like it's never going to end (but we all know it has to one day, but being stuck like this for already 4 months, it really starts to bother us). And to know that one of our neighbors had to go to ER because there was something wrong : it's not even possible to drive around here with an ambulance...

Anyways, to turn my frown upside down, I'm gonna try to do something fun today as well, and not only work for school.

I do hope everyone else over here is having a much better day!

that sounds like a right pain Sophie!
Cant you get a timeline from the people doing the work...at least then you will know it will end one day lol

Be careful walking over uneven surfaces...dont go hurting yourself

I've just been to Argos to change Jadine christmas present as the original was faulty Then went to floors to go to price up a laminate floor for my front room...the price of materials is wbout what I was expecting, but the fitting costs are ridiculous! Its gonna cost nearly as much as the materials, just for the fitting...they want £140 for 2 hours work

Not sure what to do now Sad Anyone know any floor fitters in the west midlands? lol x

My mother in law has been complaining about the exact same problem. When they go to the store, they have to go a scenic route of sorts because everything's so messed up. She finally called the city and raised a complaint about the holes in the street, and they fixed them.

I hate mud. Sad

ANd this day chaotic again started. WAgain behaving like Kindergarteners. First B in this year (Again a B from describing persons ). Hope that the end of the day won't be vhaotic.

I feel to for noodles. But the ones I always bught are not in the shops anymore. Miss Noodles, but my mom made Noodles once from the past for Spaghetti.

WE have a bakery here. I think it is the best bakery I have ever been.

And forgot to mention an A from Phsics (which is is normal for me, nothing special) Planning to watch some videos from Billy and Mandy and play the video game with my brother. Laughing Why does games make really funny glitches and funny things to happen without glitches Laughing

It sure is a pain to be honest. We did get a timeline, and they gave us the amount of days they are supposed to be working... And they have already exceeded the date... The only thing so far that happened to me, is sliding in the mud, so that's cool; But the fact that you are a bit prepared to fall, makes you tighten your muscles and that's not such a good idea. Dad already fell, but luckily there was no mud, Mom seems to be a natural lol, and for my brother it's very hard, since he is disabled. I guess it's just one of these days again :-D

And the fact that I'm cold to the bone does no good either, I'm sitting here with a blanket wrapped around me, and that isn't very helpful. It's just one of those days where I want to crawl back into bed and just watch tv hahaha!

I'm sorry the present was faulty! I wish I could help you out with floor fitters, but it's always a good thing to ask around and maybe someone knows someone that can help you out, you know how that goes. Hope there's a solution soon! *hug*

Selling a 13 year old boy, who likes reading and Learning other people cultures. Reason for selling is that the place where he is surronuded (a lot of people) make him depressed, frustrated, annoyed, and making him do think he likes (be on PSFC, play PS, Draw, Paint, Make Origami, to learn to cook et cetera)
