2nd Batch Greenlight and also last Batch

This is the 2nd batch and last batch of Greenlight available now, we are not going to brring in anymore greenlight due to poor respond from Malaysia Collectors.
I am very surprise that when I brought it in from US, I am selling for the price of RM........everybody started to buy without saying anything, when we brought in and sell at RM........ nobody since to be intereted and agreed with the price at all.
Even some collectors order and failed to collect the good, what a shame of it.
I am quite disappointed with type of collector having this type of attitute, so this is the last we can offer to Malaysia........

Hi Uncle, don't be upset, I can understand your challenges as we discussed before, thing is this diecast is pretty unpredictable, not to mention very competitive, back in the days there's only few to choose from, but nowadays, got Maisto, Hot Wheels, Greenlight, Matchbox, Tomica and so much more, hope you pull through and the collector will contact you back.

In my opinion your price is most competitive among other diecast brands and most times even lower than retail for regular customers

Problem lies with the collectors - who mostly purchase what they collect, so when you bring in a whole case of mixture of other castings (which may not attract most of the regular collectors) it goes stagnant. Most know local flavours are still prone towards tuners/imports...castings/cars they see on the road or from Magazines. Unfamiliar castings like Chevys, Thunderbolt, Fairlane, Pontiac etc doesn't jive with some customers collection at home. Worse is the fact - the collectors believe these castings - won't bring any 'added' incentives ($$$) when they want to 'let go' in future, or will have a hard time looking for members/collectors who actually appreciate these castings...so it just grow dust/webs on display, or pass down to their 3 yr child - eventually with missing doors, side-mirrors etc...even harder to dispose.

Again to throw spice into the wound - some collectors don't bother at all - cos reason being they already seeing it merchandised at certain retailer locally recently. In their mind "who cares" blablabla....neglecting the issue that with Mr Chia - he can managed to bring in 'exclusive' ones, other than the basic you see in retail.

How much discount can you get from retail - only during sales period. If Mr Chia is feeling this 'crisis' - imagine the retailers, but then again Mr Chia is solo, unlike retailers who throw prices at anytime. In some point I'm on Mr Chia's side - why even bother to bring in just for these handful of un-apprecaitive collectors - just to please them? Disappointment. Shameful. The frustration (order but decline later, worse no reply or whatsoever)

Best solution...as Mr Chia has suggested - this will be the last batch!

But on the plus side - plenty of us are still very interested in the Maistos/Jadas ....transporters, but still back to reality - collectors do 'pick' only what they want to purchase. Mentality = hard nut to crack

Dear uncle,

Firstly please correct me if im wrong here.
Once you been appointed as Malaysia importer for Greenlight you bounds to every rules from US office isn't which you can't specially selected the wave but you have received everything that US shipped plus monthly contract sum which you need to full fill.

I think im such a very good example in your case here.
You know that previously i bought from you in high quantity of Hotwheels,M2,Maisto, Jada etc which few no is 4 figure.

When you call me that you got the new Greenlight wave i immediately rush to your shop for it and in two purchase its already reaching my half hand in hundreds but you see i cannot take it all as some of the car cannot ringing my taste. I buy some green machine, some police, some vw, some muscle and some dio's in the box.

I think in business you have to depending in your luck in terms with your vendor. Hopefully you will getting better deal soon with your vendor or any new future vendor soon.

Thrust me uncle every collectors here is supporting you and we still need your help to bring more stuff.
