got the swingarm back today, stig has done a great job,
taking it to be powdercoated 2morrow satin black.
all the holes have got bolts in them to prevent them filling with powder.
have taken bearings out so when it comes back i can fit new.

have asked stig to make me one of these too as he is the master craftsman salutesalute (hope you dont mind me using yours pics matey)

Mark is getting my stainless dog bones cut this week so they should come soon too, pics when they do.

nope because of where it sits, (takes 5 seconds to top up fluid level)
instead of 20 mins because on the mk1 they are a bugger to get to.

well turns out it needs more work than i thought Sad
might have a issue regarding the rear shock and clearance with the swingarm brace, its gonna be tight hoping it will work out have to wait till my dog bones come to see for sure, might have to swap the rear shock for a standard 1200 Sad one or get one with a remote reservoir scratch

well bit of an update time , put all my controls on the handle bars , just need to re-route my throttle cables.
turned down my bar ends on the lathe as the renthals are thicker walled than the standard bars.

ordered this
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350432942491&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT#ht_3734wt_1139

should come this week then i can get the back wheel in.

been sorting out all the wiring , still a bit more to tidy up.

put me r1 chain guard on think it looks on might chop the end down a bit

couple of pics how she stands at the mo.
put the wheel in to see how she would look.
