Yep - loved the SR500 - my 1st "big" bike - sadly I blew it up on the way back from Kent Custom Bike show !!! Sad

Origonally from Southampton but been living in Carlisle for the last 5 years.
Hoping to move back to Southampton this year . Too bloomin cold up here thumb down

That CB100 brings back memories of many moons ago.Totally reliable,only did about 60 but seemed to do a million miles per gallon lol thumbs

I used to sell honda's and punted on many a CB100, Super little bike.
the SR and the XS both have super engines.
I used to race sidecar Enduro with a Norton Commando engined outfit, Had I continued I would have gone to an XS motor.They used to take them out to 920cc and I believe even more now.

Lol - yep very fuel friendly - & obviously sort after as the 1st 1 I had was nicked a couple of weeks before I took my test - hence the reason I ended up getting another to take my test on Very Happy
