I did this myself a few years ago with a Nokia phone.
It fell out my fleece pocket mid flow and fell straight in the pan
Instinct kicked in and my hand dived straight in to fish it out. I took the battery out and stuck it in the airing cupboard for a few hours and all was good

Then you can use the rice in a chilli and invite the in-laws, or in my case my brother around for lunch
