The guy in the above photo. Looks like a bloke I saw in a documentary He was pumping steroids into himself that much his biceps were turning solid and he was having to drain them with a syringe. He was also arrested and imprisoned for being a dealer.

Saw this as work yesterday and thought it was fake!! His bicep/ tricep mix is totally wrong. It looks ugly!
