winter riding

well the ace is tucked up for winter and as i dont drive the xj900 is all im using for the next few months , it also helps its got shaft drive 18"wheels and new rubber,so who else is gonna be riding through winter? Laughing

you do get some really nice days in winter Dave i would go stir crazy if i didnt have the xj just gotta get that salt rinsed off m8 Sadthumbs

Nope both of mine are of the road and i will do some work on them over the winter , but i just might get them back out if we get a nice day Cool

Looks likely that I'll put a few trips to my dad's on the ZZR. I don't know if work will be too happy if I keep banging 700 miles a week on my company car just to do a bit of babysitting as it were, so need to spread the load. Smile

ride through winter, will be either the NTV or a supermoto ( if i get one in the next few weeks, if bike sells )

the xj is a good winter bike Dick but the heater in the car is sometimes to attractive lol! not that you have any choice mate! Sad

When it's not too cold and wet the bike comes out to play - just have to be more vigilant with cleaning the winter crud and salt off. Definitely some of the best biking days have been in winter with far less traffic getting in the way.
