Alfa 3ltr v6 24v going in, 3ltr v6 12v coming out.
Probably get 50 more horses(been told the ecu has been chipped) and few more torques
Just like the look of the 24v and it came to me at the right price

I know Alan's fitted it Ian, just fine tuning. Don't think it was as easy swap as he thought and work and life gets in the way, plus he's not getting any younger   but if it sounds and goes as good as the 12 valve lump did, should be   Don't think Al would mind if you fancied popping round and having a look though, maybe when the   returns!

Hopefully final fit will be this week. Like Mike said not as easy or quick as i was hoping. Have had the engine running, was only for a few seconds (didn't bother connecting the cooling system) just wanted to make sure it ran, sounds sweet   
Have shortened wire harness and altered exhaust system. Got some different exhaust manifolds and airflow meter (24v are different to 12v). Even the simplest of jobs seem to take ages

Stratos back on the road      . Had a couple of problems with it, not running right on tick over and a slight misfire, turned out to be cam timing all sorted now though
