newleaf 0 Posted December 7, 2009 the toilet upstairs overflowed -water falling into my apartment.We called landlord and they checked the upstairs apartment but did nothing more. So, we checked the ceiling and there is black mold. We are going to a hotel overnite and will call the health depmt first thing in am. Husband is upset doesnt want to chance our health and stay. Please pray. We are not calling the landlord until the health dept does an insppection and hopefully assures us it is not toxic. please pray for a resolution to this. thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
