unaday* 1 Posted January 7, 2010 Please pray for me as i am now going to be the assistant to the director of my office. it is going to be a challenge and i am slighttly afraid that i won't do well. but i know i am in the right place by God. Please pray as i meet with the director tomorrow that God will grant me favor! I am praying for a raise, i am praying for an spirit of excellence, I am praying for open doors in this position. Cholette 0 Posted January 7, 2010 You will be just fine Unaday! Fear is a tell tell sign that things will be okay. Fear is a smoke screen that distorts our view of things. I always try to gather myself when I feel fearful and say "the opposite is true". I believe in my heart that you will walk into this position and things will be easy for you. I was intimidated by my job assisting my pastor. I couldn't sleep at night and I was nervous that I would mess up everything in the office. When I started my position, the work was EASY and I felt like an idiot for thinking it would be hard.By the way...the money was MORE than they told me it would, so I just feel that everything will be okay for you.
