Hello blessings all, i have a question. What rights do we have as christians??? i know we have the authority to bind and cast out demons & even heal but I want to know what other rights do we have??

That is a good question!!!!

Jn 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:
Jn 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

The word power being used in that verse is EXOUSIA, a Greek word which means RIGTH or PRIVILEGE.

Legally speaking, as sons of the KING, we have all the rights and privileges given by the FATHER to us in the name of JESUS, His Son.

If our Father is the KING, then, it would make us prince and princess in Jesus.

And as sons of the KIng, we are seated with Him in the heavenly places.

Eph 2:6 And hath raised [us] up together, and made [us] sit together in heavenly [places] in Christ Jesus:


We have the right to...

1. enter in to the throne of grace as often as we want.

Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come bold ly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

2. plead the blood of Jesus

1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

3. be healthy, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Isa 26:3 Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee.

Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

1Pet 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.


Jas 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
Jas 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.


4. abide in His protection

Psalms 23 and 91 recounts the promises of God about protections from any form of evil.

5. keep hold of all His promises.

2Cor 1:20 For all the promises of God in him [are] yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

6. as our Father, we also have the right to claim what His names provide for us, i.e, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Shama, Jehovah Rapha, Jehovah Nigad, ETC.

As of now, that's all I can think of, perhaps others could add some more.
