I'm terrible at finding a name, it's going to take me ages!

Heehee, another rest day, I wish we could, but we can only go skiing today and tomorrow, so we're going to enjoy it as much as we can.

Am going to try a blue slope today. Which is really funny to think of it, because when we leave the hotel, we have to do a red slope... BF's going to film. I hope he's not going to film me today on that red one... He did film me on a green one lol!

i feel funny to be honest - not like ha ha funny.
I'm going to bed early(is) and then next thing I remember is waking up (no dreams, nothing) yet I still feel tired in the morning.

I had little gain when I went to weigh yesterday (only 0.5 pounds) and I was talking about it with one of the girls and she pointed out to me that I don't eat enough. I wonder if that plays part in my constant tiredness.

Weather is really miserable - it's been rainy since beginning of the week - most of the time is just drizzle but it's still annoying.

How are you hunnie? How's the work progressing? All on plan I hope.

How are you fining the "new" lottery? I never get more than 200 coins from it Sad
Speaking of which - it's 85 million on Euromilliions tomorrow - make sure you get a ticket congratulations

WB Kijo Smile and congrats on getting your internet back at home

I like it!

I was going to suggest swapping the two cupid dolls over for slightly better contrast, - but then I saw that you'd put Snorks on the left side, so you'd be lilac on lilac there.

Sorry I had a problem with my laptop then, nothing would post, and everything's gone very slow.

Bee - torrential rain here, very dark and last night IMOM's train home was just cancelled, so annoying.

Our TV has to be collected for repair today, no loan set, so we'll be using a tiny portable. Kettle has broken, so I have to parcel that up and send off too, soooo annoying. We have absolutely NO luck with kettles.

The work is going well, but we've hit a delay with some items, one hand basin hasn't come into stock (there are two) and the granite worktop people wont cut until both are there incase of a slight alteration in shape.
The mirror to go above is also not available yet, which is all very galling as it's a long time since we paid for the goods.
It's nothing to do with the builder though.

I think it'll be worth the wait, so trying to go with the flow lol.

The time of year wont be helping your eating and sleeping, but perhaps you should break your meals down and eat small portions more often?

Yeah I was playing around with that. : D
But it was weird, the pink one, tended to blend in a little more on the other side to me... it popped better on the side it ended up on.

I am about to do a little petling research to see if all the pets are random, or there is some type of pettern or soemthing...

like what you feed them first or what not?

Hi Frannie, Hi Army - the man just came to to collect the TV and then the builder wanted me, he's got the shower screen and shower in now, oooh it looks lovely.

How are you guys?

Kijo, Sox seems to ask for strawberry milkshake most, followed by ordinary milk, which is odd as milk isn't good for cats!

hey there Gill! try telling my real life male cat milk isn't good for him. I do buy him some special milk which comes in a carton.. it's available in the pet food section. I suspect it's not real milk.. but he loves it!

Sounds like a real nightmare for you

I nomally have a homemade soup for breakfast and then snack on fruit until lunch time but that doesn't "satisfy me" then my main meal of the day would be at lunch and just something light for dinner/supper.
My main problems is morning. I'm only allowed 1oz/28g of cereal and if you weigh it - that's not much at all. So I was making "free" soups but this girl said I need something with more sustance so this morning I had a can of spaghetti in tomato sauce (convenient and "free") and I didn't start to feel hungry untill about 10.30 (normally I'm starving by 9am) so there must be something in what she said.

I know it must sound strange to people but if you are trying to lose weight and you are (almost) starving yourself and not eating enough that will actually cause you to gain weight. I have read about this somewhere and if you don't supply your body with enough nutritions it will think there is famine out there and immediately store everything for future need.

yes it is true, if your body think it is starving, it will start sotring everything it retains for future use, because it thinks it might be in a "drought" of sorts. So you really can gain weight in that sense.

the most important thing is to remember, is to intake LESS calories then you are burning that day. its a fail proof way to loose weight.

I have lost almost close to 30 lbs in the past 3 weeks, but it was not intentional )though not unwanted wither.)
all my meds make me horribly sick.... so I go 2-3 days without eating anything at all.

Made myself eat a bit of b-fast, but i am regretting it right now. =__=

We tried Dennis with special cat milk as a treat, he wasn't keen. When we found a kitten, I gave her some of our milk (half fat) diluted down with water. I think it's supposed to be the richness of milk that upsets their tummies?

That's perfect sense Bee and also why people who go to diet clubs say they never feel hungry, and are surprised at just how much food they get to eat - I suppose because the word diet always makes you think of deprivation.

I'm trying to do some visits too Army and drum up some entries for the chocolate quiz and larder guessing game: Wish sent over some home cooked goodies as prizes.

so sorry to hear that Kijo
can you doctor change the meds if that makes you feel that way?

I'm following Slimming World (they are in america now too apparently) and it encourages you to eat plenty of fruit and veg as most of them are low in callories and full of goodness and also filling.

I have so far lost 10 lbs (since November 09) but recenlty I'm stuck - I lose then next week I gain then I loose again and then gain - and I can't seems to break this cycle.
It was suggested to me to write it all down - that way I should be able to see where I'm going wrong but also to make sure I'm not going hungry (like I've been in the mornings).

hello frannie and army
sorry guys I'm bit behind - trying to do some work at the same time Sad

Bee you should stick to more veggies than fruits, fruits have that natural sugar in them that doesn't really help you (although its tasty!!)

also avoid things like corn, and onions. and potatoes.
