I am so proud of you for passing most of your courses!! I know that you cna conquor statistics next time !! Do they have a lab where they provide help, or have you tried any online study aids??

I hope I'll pass it the next time, I am going to try harder then I did before
Well... that's a reason why I was a bit upset and disappointed, but I took extra classes last year. I'm all good with the theory, I can explain it and understand it. I can even make the exercises we made in class or from previous exams... But it seems like with every new exam, something goes wrong. At least for probabilities. I'm really bad at that and am quite good in the second part we get, which is testing of hypotheses.

When will you re-take it?? Will you have many other classes at the same time?? What are you taking now??

Statistics is a course that we have to follow during the entire academic year, but we have 2 exams, one in January and one in June (those grades are added up). If that doesn't work out, we have a resit/retake in August/September.

I am following 5 classes, which is one less compared with last term (I had 3 exams in January, will have 5 now in June). Other then statistics, I am taking a course called 'qualitative analysis and lineair regression' (which is basically the same and I flunked this one too last year). And additional I am following Media & Justice, Media-adoption and use in social contexts, and Newsproduction and analysis.

Lol, foxy, I've always been terrible with numbers... I studied economics in college, but had to change because I flunked that too : D

I really have to take statistics, I can't drop it, because I'm studying communication sciences, which is basically journalism

Only those two courses actually, the rest is quite okay and actually quite interesting. I'm especially fascinated by Media & Justice, we have to give a presentation about a theme we chose in a group (it's about school shootings).

I'm having a laugh over here with Hugh Grant in the movie Music and Lyrics, he's singing that "pop goes my heart" song again

I too had to take statistics and then research methods too cos in psychology you have to understand where the research is coming from

We were actually quite good girls when we had sleepovers, I remember we wanted to surprise my sister once and we decorated her bed... it was filled with confetti... And she ended up vacuuming it We thought it was a blast, but my sister felt otherwise.

But we were angels! Really!! (like having a pillow fight in the middle of the night with my sister sleeping in the same room)

We actually slept in the same room, my sister and I, until she moved, so I was like... How old was I? (thinking in progress) I THINK I was 16-17. I was sick for days actually and mad at her, because it felt she was abandoning me
Then she came back, slept in another room and went like: why are you back home That's bad, I know!!! But it was so weird, I was used to her, then she left and came back, so we all had to adjust again. And now she's been out of the house for 3 or 4 years again now.

lol i know what you mean... we shared a room till I was 18 and then we moved to a bigger house and then i left for university... but its fun, I must say to share room (hey how else would you have pillow fights in the middle of the night hahaha)
